BetVictor Casino was a decent casino years ago until they stabbed their advertisers in the back with some predatory terms and conditions. If you are a webmaster affiliate – stay clear of them. They will screw you. If you are a player, you should not have many issues. We do not receive many complaints about them.

BetVictor is one of the bigger names in the online gambling world, and they are famed for their BetVictor sports book and in-play betting. Founded by a man named Victor Chandler, he’s still today the face of the company, appearing in many TV adverts.
The purpose of this review is to give you an idea of what you can expect when playing at the site for yourself. We’ll cover everything – and we’ll kick things off with a look at the site’s bonuses and promotions.

BetVictor met the majority of the responsible gaming requirements we search for while vetting a casino. When we were writing this review, we were pleased to find that the online casino offers a decent array of responsible gambling tools.
Although they could be a bit more detailed in detailing what responsible gambling resources are available, once we got through the initial stumbling block (a fairly bland responsible gambling page linked in their footer), we discovered that they actually allow players to set their own deposit limits, allowing you to monitor how much you deposit per day, week, or month.
They also have a feature that allows you to put your account on hold for a period of time. This is known as a time-out. Your account will be automatically reopened after this time limit has expired. If you ever feel that your levels of betting are getting too out of control, the online casino also allows all players to use their self-exclusion function, which completely blocks access to your account for between 6 months and 5 years.

Customer support is a crucial factor for any online casino. While writing this BetVictor review, we had an in-depth look at how the casino operates its customer support portal and what you can expect when using it for yourself.

We found the mobile-optimized build of the software to be easy to use and responsive when writing this review. We were particularly impressed with the many mobile games available in the casino. That being said, just because the online casino offers a fairly decent mobile gaming experience does not excuse them from their rogue practices.

Of course, Evolution Gaming offers all of the classics like Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, and Three Card Poker, but they also offer some more unusual types of games. Take Monopoly Live, for example.
This incredibly unique live casino game is based, of course, around the Hasbro franchise, Monopoly. At first, the game may look as though it’s just a Wheel of Fortune type of game, but Evolution Gaming has managed to build in a bonus feature, much like the type you would find within a video slot. It proved such a popular game that many other live casino game developers have come up with their own spin on Monopoly Live. Other unusual titles from the live casino developer include Crazy Time, Football Studio Live, and Dream Catcher.
Table Games and Video Poker
As you’d expect, BetVictor offers a wide variety of casino table games, including Blackjack and European Roulette. You will also find some less common titles, including Casino hold ’em and Baccarat.
Video poker is virtually non-existent. If you are looking for video poker games, this is not the venue for you.
All of these games at BetVictor can be found under the table games tab on the game navigation menu, although, like with the slots, you can’t search these games by the developer – you have to scroll through the type of game name to find it. There are also some scratch and instant-win games on offer.
Progressive Jackpots
While writing this review, BetVictor Casino showed us they offer a wide variety of progressive jackpot games to choose from, many of which are video slots; however, they offer some progressive jackpot casino table games and video games poker machines, but these are little harder to find.
You’ll find a wide variety of progressive jackpot titles to choose from, most of which are from NetEnt and Microgaming.
About the Team and History

“Betvictor Ltd is an independent bookmaker. Having initially specialized in online sports betting, the company now incorporates an online casino. The company was originally set up and named after its former chairman, Victor Chandler, before a rebrand to BetVictor.”
The site grew quite quickly in the United Kingdom, and they have an online gambling license from the UKGC and the Gibraltar Gambling Control Commission.
BetVictor casino has actually been around since 1946 when it opened as a bookmaker in the UK. While they have had their problems here – we’ll talk more about these below – generally speaking, the site has a fairly decent reputation online, and you shouldn’t run into any major problems should you choose to play there for yourself.
Complaints and Track Record
One massive fall from grace from this was in 2015 they changed their terms and conditions for their webmaster affiliate program and put a quota on how many players an advertiser would be forced to send to this casino. This was not for new advertisers but was forced on all of their advertisers retroactively. In other words, they changed the “partner” contracts for anyone advertising for them – and affiliate webmasters were given no choice.
Here at Casinomeister – this retroactive change was deemed unethical and forced our hand, removing Betvictor from our group of ex-Accredited casinos and placed into the Rogue Pit. Even though they told me that it was a mistake that they sent me this email (announcing their retroactive change), we still rogued Betvictor.

The thing is, this became a common policy of most large casino groups – which, in our eyes, is an unfair business policy. This casino may be great for the common player, but I would not recommend this casino to any webmaster who is contemplating advertising for them. They have a track record of changing their terms retroactively on a whim.
