While writing this Bethard Casino review, we wanted to look at the payment methods available at Bethard Casino. The site does a great job when it comes to payment methods, and you’ll find a huge selection of payment methods on offer, including major debit and credit cards – including VISA and MasterCard – along with EWallet payment methods like Neteller, Skrill and Paysafecard.
We also found some other payment methods, including InstaDebit, iDebit, ecoPayz and MuchBetter. About the Team and History
Bethard Casino was established back in 2012, and the site was brought to market by Erik Sharp – the casino’s CEO. When they first launched in 2012, they operated under their Curacao license, and in 2016 they received an online gambling license from the Malta Gaming Authority. It was this license from the Malta Gaming Authority that allowed the company to begin growing in the online gambling industry, and, the same year, they migrated all of their platforms to their self-developed AleAcc platform.
In 2017, Bethard received a license from the UK Gambling Commission, allowing them to accept players from the United Kingdom. The same year they also received a license to operate in Denmark.
Bethard Group Limited is the company that today owns and manages the casino – and Bethard Group Limited is growing fast, recently receiving regulatory approval to operate in Sweden, Ireland and Spain.
Complaints and Track Record
Bethard is in the Grey Zone on CasinoMeister. It generally has a good review, and the casino has shown an interest in becoming an Accredited casino – something we’d like to see in the future.
You can contact the online casino’s customer support via live chat or email if you have any problems you want to address with them. If you have a formal complaint, however, we highly encourage you to send it to them via email. There will be a paper trail as a result of this. Note that, while the casino assists in some languages, English should be used wherever possible since it is the casino’s “official” language.
