13 Jan Casino Cruise Microgaming, NetEnt, etc Malta, UK Player’s first withdrawal was denied because of “max bet” Terms violations but they refunded some deposits. A subsequent withdrawal was denied because they said they’d refunded him too much. Y The casino ended up refunding all of the player’s deposits. Although this did not satisfy the player we thought it a fair and reasonable resolution to the problem. closed Private complaint
13 Jan Jackpot Knights Microgaming Curacao Player had apparently won €7000 but the casino refused the winnings and returned the player’s deposits claiming the player had violated the Terms regarding multiple accounts. N Evidence from the casino showed that there was more than enough justification for the casino’s actions against the player. closed Public Complaint
14 Jan Vinnarum NetEnt etc Malta Player’s winnings were denied because of “max bet” violations, player said it should be the casino’s responsibility to keep the player from making such mistakes.
