10 Nov21.co.ukMicrogamingPlayer had requested “no bonus” but he casino applied one anyway, player played it, won £2500 which the casino cancelled and apparently confiscated the lot, deposit included.PAB was incomplete, player did not respond to info requests: AWOL = case closed.
12 Nov*Lucky247MicrogamingPlayer took a bonus, exceeded the “max bet” rules, won £2100 and wanted the casino to pay, said it was their responsibility to enforce the “max bet” rules.Sorry, it would be nice if the casino enforced “max bet” automatically but they are not obligated to do so: case closed.
12 NovSlotsPlusRTGPlayer said the casino was slo-paying a $500 withdrawal, kept saying “in a few days”.In a few days the casino paid the player in full.
16 Nov*SinCityMicrogaming, NetEnt, etcPlayer had apparently been a long time customer of SinCity, took a deposit bonus in June 2015 and had a big win. Casino said “At our discretion, all bonuses and subsequent gaming activity may be revoked and voided, and deposits returned”.No response from the casino to date, ongoing.
18 Nov*OsirisBetsoft, etcPlayer had won €5000+ on a variety of bets and bonuses, casino refused to pay and cancelled the winnings.Turned out the player had massively violated the casino’s “max bet rules”, insisted on claiming that the “max bet” should be based on the sum of their deposits. Sorry, creative interpretations of the Terms doesn’t magically make the violations go away. Case closed.
