17 AugCasino CruiseMicrogaming, NetEntPlayer had won £1700 but the casino cancelled that on the grounds that the player had self-excluded (SE) at another licensee within the casino group.Player said “I self exclude from sites if I don’t like the site” but that is a problem within UKGC casinos because they are expected to enforce SE as was done by this casino. Tough break but them’s the UKGC rules.
18 AugRedbet CasinoMicrogaming, NetEnt, etcPlayer claimed that the casino was interferring with their system play by interrupting their games with technical problems.The casino has no policy against system play hence no incentive to trouble the player with bogus technical issues: case closed.

19 Aug*Energy CasinoMicrogaming, NetEntPlayer complained that €1500 had been cancelled due to “accidental” violations of the “max bet” Terms.Turns out the player “accidentally” violated the Terms no less than 14 times. Big accident. Sorry, the Terms are there for a reason: case closed.
