Affiliate Programs of Accredited Casinos!
APAC - They promote casinos that meet the criteria of "Accredited Casinos" it's not that easy to get listed at Casinomeister. The programs listed on the site have a clean history of fairness towards their affiliates. They are responsive and helpful to newbie webmasters as well as to the old timers. And most importantly, their properties are highly rated amongst the players.

Affiliate Edge: they didn't receive Casinomeister's Best Affiliate Program for nothing (no- they didn't pay for the Award). Martyn Beacon is the man behind the curtains - one of the best affiliate managers ever, and their stats, reporting, and marketing materials are a breeze. Not only this, but they promote some of the best RTG casinos online. If you haven't started promoting them, it's never too late.

FACEBOOK FAN PAGE

Yep, we finally have an official Casinomeister Fan Facebook page. This is where we will be posting updates, events, special announcements, and what-nots! Please click this link and "like" us.

CASINOMEISTER'S FORUM
CH-CH-CH-CH-CHANGES

Turn and face the strain? Nope - just new and improved. We're revamped the User Groups to include the Webby and Webmeister groups. INstead of your username colored green (signifying your status as a webmaster), it is now the color that corresponds to your actual user group. It goes like this:

Membership is based on length of being a member of this forum and participation. The membership is organized as such:

Newbie: This is the basic user account. Users can post, view and upload images and have full access to the public areas. This is a basic account which has many limitations.

Fully Registered: Once a member has either 50 reputation points or 50 posts and has been registered for at least 90 days, the membership becomes "Fully Registered". These members have full usage of the public areas, and are able to create personal albums, join social groups, join the "Webmeister" user group, and blog.

Experienced Member: Once you have either 200 reputation points or 100 posts and have been registered for at least 365 days, the membership becomes "Experienced". These members have a number of more capabilities in the forum.

Senior Member: is for members with 1000 reputation points or 500 posts and have been registered for two years - they become a "Senior Member".

Meister Member: Once a member has 5000 reputation points or 1000 posts and have been registered for four years - they become a "Meister Member".

Ueber Meister Member: Once a member has 5000 reputation points or 1000 posts and have been registered for seven years - they become an "Ueber Meister Member".

Less than Zero: These are members who have been given enough "negative" reputation points or infractions that they become "Less than Zero". These accounts are pretty much hobbled - can't search the forum, can't post in the complaints section, can't start threads, and can't use the PM or email functions as well. They are also ridiculed by their fellow forum members. You might as well be banned. Even though it's only for a limited time (a few days to a month), you don't want to become "less than zero".

Other memberships:

Webby - this is a secondary membership that anyone can join. This is meant for beginning webmasters and gives you access to the Webmeister section. You can join this in your user profile under Group Permissions.

Webmeister - this is for Full Members and above. This gives you access to the Webmeister section and you are allowed to use URLs in your signature. You can request to join from here.

i-Gaming Representatives, Accredited Casino reps, and Affiliate Managers have additional permissions and can be joined from here.
The permissions and capabilities of each user group is spelled out here. Check it out. Not a member of our forum? Or not a member of our Webmaster user groups? If not, why not? Register here.

CONTROVERSY MARS 70 BILLIONTH HAND ACHIEVEMENT AT POKERSTARS

Special prize of $73,380 awarded to German player, but was he playing in the ‘spirit of the competition?’

The much-anticipated 70-billionth hand was dealt on PokerStars Friday as a German player using the handle 'koenigskeba' was declared the winner of the special $73,380 prize to mark the occasion.

Unfortunately the celebration was marred by the manner in which the player achieved the win, with accusations of collusion between him and another German player, 'DodgeUrOuts'. The latter won $1,690 as the losing hand.

Hand histories at the $.25/.50 no-limit hold'em heads-up winning table showed the two players had been open-folding for several hours to increase their hand count before the landmark hand was dealt.

Since they weren't paying any rake, they were accused of unethically free-rolling in order to better position themselves for the mega-prize.

Amid complaints, site officials conducted an enquiry, but concluded that although the conduct of the two Germans was contrary to the spirit of the competition, it did not contravene the T&Cs, and that the decision to award the prize stood.

Pokerstars has since indicated that it is to review the format of future promos in a bid to minimise the risk of a repetition of this type of conduct in other landmark celebrations.
