I liked your points on Forum Etiquette -- especially the tip about taking some time to think about what you've typed before you press "send".

One tip that I would add is "try to resolve your problem with customer service before ranting in public". If the casino doesn't respond then fine, expose them in public. But so many times you see people that are just confused about rollover restrictions or whatever. When it's explained they are satisfied -- but their rant is online forever! No fair. Don't ya hate that?!
