I try and keep it sweet and short,

A few months ago I uploaded funds to my bank to skrill and they doubled charge me, Albeit They not take, it was still on hold and Barclays gave me the good will gesture while on hold,

So a few weeks back I withdraw £200 plus £3.50 in RIP off fees but the machine no paid me  I went and ring up to be told to contact the machine provider, At this stage I didnt know what was going on as I normally good around machines (cash machined) Gambling ones are horrible :) and thought was I robbed and did some one sneak it out the cash dispense, I thought no as it makes a terrible noise when it pays out at this certain machine and it was in a shop,

I ring up the cash machine provider and if all help was as good as theses we will be in a better place, They was excellent, Even ringing me back up a few times, I sent skrill no end of message and took them 2-3 days to get back and tell me the normall ball shit, Contact the cash machine people and get details,

Its impossible as the machine had no details as no tansactions took place, So after skrill stating 15 days, Finally after the 17 day they add it back, I go and take out some cash and spent some in Sainsbury :drink: I get back home to check and balance is not adding up, Was not really botherd at this time as I thought the money was long gone but I paid my mum her cut of the wins, Bought some beers and had a depo in videslots, But something was on my brain to make me check skrill again, As its on hold for a few days waiting for it to be took out I do not know what I have been charged for cash withdraw and in all fairness I do not remember what the second amount I took out as I done two withdraws in case it done me in again,

In any case the fees used to be £1.75 a transaction than they changed it to 1.5%, So to my horror I seen the actuall fees on site, Even the page was a error bull shit but I managed to find it by google, Just take a look at the screen shot and let me know what you think,

Stay clear guys, Keep to payypal if using ewalets, And casino please be aware of this horrible company

Is debit card only for me, has been for a long while now. I refuse to pay the fees!

Thats all very well, but bank blocked my card a couple of weeks ago for too many "dodgy" looking transactions.

I didnt even realise until Morrisons home delivery failed to turn up

Got put through to card fraud team and they asked me to confirm transactions, they must have thought all I do is gamble and order from hungryhouse.

Just glad I wasnt in a shop or anything and it was refused

Skrill should have never told you to contact the Cash Machine Operator, it is the card issuer (Skrill in this case) who must contact the Cash Machine Operator (there is a standardised form and everything as the process is the same as at every Bank) to find out what happened with the attempted withdrawal, the 15 days is the maximum time frame for the Cash Machine Operator to reply to Skrill.

Firstly, glad you FINALLY got your dosh matey, I know its been a right uphill struggle and if it makes you feel any better, you're a better man than me, I'd have been out searching for 'Mr Skrill' himself to perform some type of medieval torture on his Crown Jewels!

They take the piss, could even start to condone those fees IF we got an excellent, second to none type service, problem is what we get is almost the opposite, total shoddy bullshit!

I'd say in 2016 alone Skrill have EASILY nailed me for £500, probably a lot more but I try not to think about it

Taking steps to reduce as much as possible, such as leave some in from a previous withdrawal rather than upload from bank, take from cash point in one go rather than multiple trips and changed Casumo account from euros to GBP to avoid conversion fees.

Still sucks tho mate. Glad you got your dosh tho
