From the promotion rules at Casino Webcam:

'after the initial deposit, a minimum of 30 bets must be placed, with no one bet exceeding 25% of the initial deposit.'

I presume they have this rule to avoid players trying to double up on the first hand but it seems pretty funny that a casino would actually want you to bet less.

This is probably designed to keep the casino from getting hit by a BIG win. Think about it....nobody starts out betting 25% of their bankroll (well smart players don't), so initially its no big deal. But if you get on a roll and raise your bankroll significantly, most people start raising their bets along the way. Under these rules, you're always tied to your original deposit, so you can never dramatically increase the size of your bets if you are really cleaning up.

Smart bonushunters do. I know I often bet everything on the first hand especially if the wager-requirments are high.

It's an interesting theory you put forth. Not sure I buy it though since it assumes that you can be 'hot' at the table.
