I saw the link here and registred latter that day to the casino and havent got any bonus, when contacted their chat guy which was kinda rude, he said no bonus etc.. so i said i want to withdraw my deposite since i havent began playing yet. His answer was " you need to Wager" i mean what Wager if i havent got bonus?!!

i am new to this online casino games and these kinda scamers putting bad taste to mouth to be honest!

It's not about the money i deposited but the attitute and trying everything to scam someone like wagering requirements on no bonus deposites ..

It's pretty standard for casinos to demand that you wager your deposit atleast once or twice to cover the costs of them processing it. However they should offer you to withdraw with a fee if you don't want to..

I was surprised when I see the thread title, AllBritishCasino and there sister sites are a great outfit, Very trusted if you ask me,

There is not many sites that will let you withdraw without any play as it costs them money, Unless of course it was there fault and you was told something that was not true,

Hi Jenn & welcome to CM :)

You have fallen into the trap of not reading the casino T&C's.

Especially when you are new to online gaming reading the terms is an absolute MUST!!

I copied a few of the ABC ones which explain why you did not receive the bonus and the wagering requirement before withdrawal:

Bonus T&C's
4. Only players from Britain qualify for the welcome bonus offered by All British Casino, all players from other locations will not be awarded a bonus unless otherwise stated.
21. Players using Skrill or Neteller for their initial deposit will be excluded from the welcome bonus.

General T&C's - Payment, Bank Transfers and Withdrawals

17. A player, who wouldn’t have placed any bets, cannot withdraw any money from the casino Account. A player always needs to have placed at least his deposit amount in bets before he or she is able to withdraw the money.

In future make sure you read all rules before registering and depositing to avoid disappointment.

Thank you for sharing your experience.
Although the problem within your post has already been answered I'm not happy to read that you mention that our support was kinda rude. Can you please send me your username by PM so I can have a look at the chat and act accordingly?

And yes, as All British, we do not charge any costs for deposits and withdrawals. However, if a customer makes a deposit we do expect the customer to play and therefore we require the customer to wager the deposit amount at least one time.

Hope you understand?

I'm looking forward to your PM.

Kind regards,

Jan

Hi JennB,

Jan picked up this query as I was on leave (thanks Jan).

Did this get sorted for you? If you came through Casinomeister and your account was tagged correctly, you should have received the welcome bonus. Our T&Cs do state that it is for UK players only, however we have opened that up to ALL players that sign up via Casinomeister on an exclusive basis.

Please forward me your email address so that we can take a look at why the WB was not awarded and look into the conversation you had with our agent.

Many thanks
Ryan

It's a casino, not a bank. The reason this rule is present is to prevent laundering of money partly, and to ensure a player is genuine rather than a smash-and-grabber.

P.S. I love the edit 'Grammer Fix' the irony....:D:D

Wow you just gotta love the Op's solitary post that was solely intended to slag off a casino for no apparent reason. The casino is hardly scamming the player for asking then to 'wager' the amount once.

I look forward to more amazing and insightful comments from this person on here. Oh....there aren't any

I think you are missing JennB'S point. She deposited through a link here at Casinomeister and was denied the welcome bonus. I don't blame her for wanting her deposit back. If the casino did not honor its bonus after she deposited, why should she have to play it through?

I used to meet such types of casinos, and I can say, it will cost you a lot of your health to solve this problem, it is up to you to decide, but as for me, you have just to stop playing there and that`s all. Just choose better the place, where you are playing.

Hi Vegasbum,

I am more than happy to honour the bonus if JennB was definitely eligible (as all players from Casinomeister should be). However I need her details to be able to look into her account and advise on why she didn't get it, then add the bonus to her account if needs be, and look into the chat log to see why she was advised otherwise.

I am sure there is a perfectly reasonable explanation to why this happened, just waiting for the account details before I can comment further.

With regards to having to wager any deposit made at least once through the casino, this is down to our UKGC license and anti money laundering.

Any other queries, please let me know.

Many thanks,
Ryan

Hi JaneAir,

I think playing at All British will turn out to be a good choice for JennB. It's a shame that she is yet to provide any details so that I can look into the account further, so that we can all fully understand why the bonus wasn't automatically added to the account and if our customer support agent correctly/incorrectly advised her.

Also I don't think it will 'cost her a lot of her health' to resolve. One simple PM to myself with her email address and I can resolve. Same as I would do for any member of the CM forum.

Many thanks,
Ryan

This might not be appropriate where the customer has not received what was advertised and wishes to cancel their purchase as a result, which seems to be the view taken by the OP. She may have not returned if she has simply lost the deposit through losing patience before her issue could be addressed, in which case she has probably put it down to a bad experience and moved on.

It seems a setup that is prone to error as it relies on correct tracking of the signup to mark the account as an exception to the usual rule. I am a member of a cashback site, and bad tracking is one of the biggest issues causing complaints, even threats of legal action or formal complaints to the ASA.

With the roll out of Windows 10 nearing completion, and having just upgraded a basic PC, I have noticed that the easy "Express" upgrade option turns on "do not track" by default for the Edge browser. This could lead to an increase in this type of problem where "Casinomeister exclusives" rely on correct tracking. It's also an issue that should concern affiliates as earlier Windows systems would track by default unless the user did something to prevent it. Windows 10 users need to do the opposite, they have to turn ON tracking themselves in order to benefit from affiliate exclusives, and of course to benefit from cashback sites.

Seems to me we're pretty much all agreed that the OP's original title -- "All British Casino not paying..." -- was inaccurate and misleading. I've changed it to "... didn't receive what was advertised" to better reflect the true nature of the complaint. Apologies in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Hi Max,

Sorry I have only just noticed your comment.

Thank you for changing the name of the OP, the new title is slightly more reflective of the situation in hand.

Ultimately though it would be great if I could look into why the OP didn't get the bonus. There are a few points in the terms that may have excluded her from claiming the bonus. But I suppose we shall never know.

All the best,
Ryan
