I even do not see any reason for this, I liked to solve riddles and even once were lucky to win that is about 1,000 euros. But for some reason they do not see how much has been lost before. Very disappointing.

Vote with your wallet and use another casino would be me advice.
 
Least you got an email, although yes always not nice being bonus banned!

Although I am told I am OK at Betsafe (although no offers ever come thru since I had a nice withdrawal) they have BB'ed me at one of their other casinos in the group (Mr Smith)

Never did I get an email like yours, only recently confirmed via the rep here.

Seems different casino groups have ranging criteria which causes these BB's - Main one would be the bonus to deposit ratio I would imagine.

From what I see/read/hear this group is pretty hot on the BB trigger - A very poor move IMO as the moment I get bonus banned, then I simply never deposit again and play where I am wanted.

Us low rollers/ low gaming budget players sometimes rely on bonuses and whether I am playing with a bonus that night or not, I am still risking my money either way, something I cease doing if I feel the ban has been imposed a bit too easily.
 
Not a fan of the bonus shaming methods used by certain outfits either. Obviously there will always be some that seek to gain an advantage through sheer bonus usage but for the average lowroller they are a lifeline.

Perhaps if a player were to continually cash-out using bonuses it might annoy the casino to the point of not wanting to fall over themselves to keep serving them up. But for just taking them when offered I don't believe that it warrants such actions :mad:
