Slotty Vegas - how are they accredited?

I decided to try Slotty Vegas a few weeks ago since they were accredited... ended up winning some money and tried to withdraw...

The process has been terrible since.

First, i am told it takes 5 days to start your first withdrawal.... not sure how that is justified. . Then after being told it would be processed on the 17th it wasnt (which would have been after 4 days)... then promised it would be done within a few hours but only got an email the following day saying it was done because they had "issues with their provider" i had to choose a bank transfer and that it would take 3 to 5 days later...

Well, on the fifth day i sent an email saying i didnt get the money.. they then sent me an email saying that they had "issues with their provider" (AGAIN) and to wait for my withdrawal another 3 to 5 days... which would be close to 3 full weeks after i requested my withdrawal.. again thats IF they pay...

After having this problem, i did a search and it seems i am not the only one.... how can they possibly still be accredited?!?!?
 
Slotty Vegas is a very good casino and they will pay you :)

Casinos can't be perfect all the time and sometimes things happen. I know it's frustrating to wait for your payout but just have to be patient sometimes.

You can always pm the rep he is very good.

If you are verified (are you verified?) 3 weeks is absolutely not acceptable for any casino, issues or no issues. I have been playing online for a long time and never had a top casino take near that long. Infact even with verification on a first withdrawal 3 weeks is completely unacceptable ("issues" or no "issues"). As someone else said please PM the rep about it and point them to this thread as well.

Can we ask how much roughly?
 
You have been a member since 2008 and still have not read the rules on how to handle complaints at CM. :rolleyes: It states clearly that you should contact the CM rep first and only after you have not had a satisfactory resolution of your case should you post it in a complaints thread.

This is mainly to protect accredited casinos from false negative publicity as what is once written will stay forever.

A simple search here on CM with "Slotty Vegas payment delay" would have guided you to the existing thread about this temporary problem with CC's and you would have seen that Karl, their CM rep, took care of it instantly. Bet-AT/Slotty usually pay very fast. To e-wallets in minutes - hours, maybe an option that you want to consider in the future.

Don't understand this as patronizing you but we do like to keep the accredited casinos on our side and not post negative things with no reason or at least before they were given the chance to react.

Unfortunately I have not received any private messages from you, so I would not have been able to look into this.

Our credit card processor informed us with less that 12 hours leeway that they were undergoing maintenance and would have to freeze all withdrawals stemming from credit card. This was an unfortunate situation for us and we now have begun an integration with a new processor who can run as a backup in the event of the primary going down. I've asked all players to provide us with an alternative payment method so I can complete payment without delay, and to my knowledge all credit card payments have been effected mostly as direct bank transfers. If you'd like to PM your user details I can look into this for you personally to see why you have not received your payment yet as all have been paid out as same day transfers and I've also signed off an increase as compensation for the inconvenience for all players.

You keep saying that there were issues with creditcard withdrawals but my last attempt was for a bank transfer!!!

I thought it would be sorted by now. Made a little withdrawal last night and got the email back again to say the cc withdrawal can't be processed. Is it possible that Slotty could put a notice up with regards the difficulties perhaps? I emailed the support team back and asked could they process it in the same way as last time. Not sure do I need to pm you (ie if you have any influence in moving things along like last time)

I am a bit gutted because I actually needed the few extra quid and figured I'd have it at least by Monday. It's shaken my faith a bit tbh in using the site anymore but in saying that I'm glad to see you here explaining and sorting things for us casino meister members.

You got a big thumbs up from me the last time for what you did.

Yes, we sure can process to any method you require in order for you to receive your withdrawal immediately.

Just to up date the thread..... I still havent received my payment.... all other bank transfers ive had take max 48 hrs.. usually paid out in 24
 
Mine has gone to my ewallet and has now been withdrawn to my bank thanks to Karls help earlier.
