Not sure what to think

For all you tech wizards and players who have been around the casino block a few times, I have a question. Before I begin, I'm really anal about not mentioning Casino names when I'm unsure about something. The one casino I have been going to, I have been getting bad vibes about in the last year. This week they started a promotion. Spin the wheel and whatever it lands on is what you get. So Monday night I log on, the pop up box pops up ( please read carefully). I go into the popup box, in the address bar it says the casino's name, forward slash and then 50% bonus. I haven't hit spin yet. I then proceed to hit spin and then you guess it lands on 50%. Last night I thought I would try it again just to see, so at 8pm when things switch, I logged on. Went into the popup box and in the address bar it says casinos name, forward slash and then cashback. Sure enough I hit spin and 10% cashback it lands on. Now if I can see what the outcome is in the address bar before I hit spin, then wouldnt the casino know too? Then it isn't as random as we would like to believe. Or am I just a naive fool
I should add, I called them but they weren't getting what I was asking.

I actually know the casino group you're on about. I mentioned it to live chat back when I encountered it and they had no idea what was going on.

It's fairly misleading and i'm sure there is a case for misleading advertising but alas i don't think they are UK facing anymore so i can't log a complaint with the ASA.

I say they do know. I mean if we can see it, then they have too also. I've been watching them with caution lately. I received a cheuqe back last fall and had a hell of a time casing it. A friend of mine who owns a business was able to trace the cheque exchanging virtual hands 4x's in less then 24 hours.

Its sad. Two of the bonuses are free cash.

It's a bug, what you get has already been decided by the marketing team, and the "random wheel spin" is simply eye candy in presenting you with your offer of the day. Funnily enough, the old 32Red daily games were the same, what you got had been predetermined, but at least they implemented the eye candy better so that you could not see in advance what you were going to win.

It will be misleading if it is described as being randomly selected when you spin the wheel. If they simply present the wheel, but make no claims about how the prize is determined, it's likely they can get away with the deception that is merely the result of how they present your prize of the day.

Most such offers are preselected, with any game you play in order to see the result nothing more than a bit of eye candy.

where it states xxxcasino50% did you try putting in xxxcasino/100%

its like when a casino sends a scratch card and you go to landing page and scratch, There is no point even goiung to the landing page but just log in, Its just another ploy to make you think it maybe something big when infact its already been set,

Like the IPS sites, they used to send promo's out and state secret bonus, depsoit between £10-£100 max bonus £65 I think the clue is in the max bonus there lol, Pulled them up on it a few times, I knew whet the bonus would be, another example, deposit 10 - 100 max bonus £110 you know the bonus is going to be 110%, But they have had a massive revamp now,
