Hi all.

Anyone have any experiences with grand reef casino?

I was a member years ago and they send me regularly a lot of bonus offers or free spins.

I had considered playing there however I heard they have cash flow issues and regularly put withdrawls on payment plans.. ie $200 a week.

Is Grand Reef Casino's days numbered?

This is a group we've seen fairly regular and long lasting issue with.

Payment delays are commonplace and with any sizeable balance the operator will usually insist on paying in instalments. There terms and conditions don't justify this, in fact they list a far higher maximum withdrawal than they actually honour. They usually try to sell this as a problem with the player's bank or that they've "reached and agreement" with the player when the player hasn't had any say in the issue.

Alongside this we've seen issues where instalments that were coming through (with a banking fee) are suddenly reduced, only to be told that the player's bank must have charged extra. When challenged on this payments stopped all together.

My strong advice to players would be to avoid this group. If I was to take a guess it would be that this group (including Indio and African Palace) operate on a shoe-string budget and can't afford to send big payments out in one go. That is a guess though. The alternative is that THEIR payment processor can't handle larger payments at which point they're mis-advertising their max withdrawals.

I'd say ThePogg's assessment of their situation is probably pretty close to the truth.

In the issues I've dealt with in recent years regarding GR they've all been cancelled withdrawals, promised payment plans not met, inexplicably cancelled payments, etc. To be fair I have seen some players eventually get their money but not without a lot of "push and wait".
