MrGreen - Games not appearing problems

As customer support are useless with this thought I would post as I know others are having the same problem.

Regularly when I play at MrGreen since the 'upgrade' I find games are missing once I play them. For example, I play on Immortal Romance, go to another slot, go to go back on IR and its disappeared from the games list and search. This happens almost every time, and and pretty much any game, definitely on Microgaming and NetEnt ones.

This is what i usually do to get it back in case it helps anyone

Its hit and miss but usually running ccleaner 2 or 3 times, then open the page again, do a hard refresh (CTRL and F5 at same time) will 'usually' clear it.

The other way is, after doing that if it still doesn't work, logout, hard refresh, search for the game when not logged in, once you see it in the search result, click login, search again and you should see the game.

However its hit and miss if it works, but I would say it does 7 out of 10 times

I am convinced this is account related as logging out and searching for the game usually finds it, when logged in it doesn't. Live chat just spout the usual 'clear cookies' spiel, although did get an email once saying they had had problems with Microgaming games and it would work properly now, it didn't, it still doesn't and it wasn't just Microgaming anyway.

No real apology or fix for it from MrGreen, but its stopped me playing there because I cba to go through that every time I want to play. just thought this might help anyone with the same problems :thumbsup:

On the off chance someone from MrGreen decides to actually look at this (as its been going on ages now) it also removes 'recently played games' from the screen.

Amazing what kind of and how many bugs the casino software has in general.

The cookie and cache "spiel" i had probably been told a gazillion times since i started playing online. Hardly ever helps but keeps you busy, so support is not clogged up too much :eek: :mad:

cant find any wms games here :( was gona play them today no Rhino and no Zeus, and some Netent missing as well.
 
It seems you can't use the 'www2' address for the old MrGreen anymore.
I couldn't find Elements on the new site.

If thats the case, why do your live chat not say that instead of implying theres nothing wrong and telling me to clear cache, cookies, try different browsers etc, I have wasted hours trying to sort this out, whereas if live chat had just said they have been removed I wouldn't have bothered.

Must say this has been frustrating and has put me off playing at MrGreen

I didn't bother contacting you again as it still didn't work, as you can see from the screenshots. I did explain everything fully and in more detail than I have above so there shouldn't be any excuse for any misunderstanding, I'm sure you can access live chat logs to check this. I haven't deposited since until yesterday for the free spins promotion.

It's been happening ever since they launched the new site. In fact I started a thread back in March because I thought they had actually removed some games. I emailed CS. But nothing was ever done about it.

And I'm not going through all the hassle of deleting cookies and cache every time I want to play there.

It's not like you can just delete the MrGreen specific cookies and cache contents. I wish CS could appreciate this as they're reading from their script

I never deposited there very much, so I wasn't too bothered. But I just don't deposit there at all now.
 
I still have the same issues...
Can't find certain games,this never happened on their old website...
I still hope they are gonna change it back as it was so much better...
I used to be able to use www2.mrgeen url to revert to the old website but this url now also forwards automaticly to the new one...

Love MrGreen but not so in love with the new website layout and user interface.

I was glad to see Book of Dead on your website as this has been mobile exclusive since release.
It would not load though. It seems the new site may not differentiate between PC and mobile connections.

Probably a bit off topic but we'll see where it ends up.
Mr Green has been the hardest casino I have ever encountered to get a withdrawal from. had a good weekend a couple of months back and pulled a few withdrawals at different casinos, all paid except this one. Haven't mentioned it before as I couldn't find a relevant post (not that this really is) but came down to jumping through rediculius hoops rather than confirming ID. Reading a little more should have PM'd the rep rather than dealing with CS. Ended up closing my account but would love to know if it's an over seas issue or really strict conditions. I understand the need to confirm ones identity, however making them jump through hoops for the sake of it seems extreme and distasteful, particularly when players may not be as technologically advance as business.
 
I have the same problem with doa at mr green and told the support.
She said they working on it and send me a link to the game to play for now.
don't know if it works outside the Netherlands with the "NL" (Netherlands) in the link.
