....so it was my birthday and many nice casinos sent me greeting cards, gifts and bonuses. Nice!... I didn't get anything from Guts, but it's OK - after all, they are hardly my favourite place to play and I don't remember them being generous before. Since it was late at night with the party over, I needed to kill some time before going to bed: I deposited $10 and lost. Deposited another $15 and lost. Deposited $20 more and finally had a bonus round, ending with about $65. I withdrew the funds and went to sleep, only to find out the next day that this ridiculously small withdrawal was rejected. Well, the last time it happened they claimed they had had some technical issue, so I decided not to make a fuss and simply repeated the withdrawal routine. The payment was rejected again. I asked what's up and was told that "our payments department cancelled your withdrawal as you did not play the funds at least 1 time". My own funds? Bonus-free, after several lost deposits and sufficient gameplay?? On my birthday, to top it all?? Well, I don't really care about this amount - they can keep it for all I care, but I am seriously annoyed this time. I don't any longer believe all their (c)rap about caring for their players and valuing their high-rollers (I normally deposit in terms of hundreds, if not thousands, with this case being a rare exception - which makes it all the more alarming and unpleasant). Bye-bye, Guts. Enjoy my 65 bucks... and please NEVER email me again.
