Hi all,

I received an email from a casino that I've not deposited at for a while and they offered me a 100% up to £250 with NO wagering requirements on the bonus. My first thought was the email is SPAM but I logged into my account and it was there under my promotions with the same term. I keep thinking to myself that this is too good to be true so I went to the terms and conditions and found the below terms regarding bonus funds.

From my understanding is: if I deposit £250 it is displayed in my cash balance and all bets will be taken from this until it's reached £0, I can then withdraw the £250 bonus cash straight away because it has no WR. Am I reading this wrong? It's a no lose deposit?

This casino is part of a casino group where I've played a number of times in the past and also made large withdrawals so I trust them.

Terms:
All bonuses awarded work in the following way:

Players accounts will have a Bonus Balance containing bonus money (if any) that is kept separately from their cash balance. On placing a bet money is subtracted from the Cash Balance, unless the amount is zero, upon which it will be taken from the Bonus Balance. Any winnings are added to the Bonus Balance and can not be withdrawn until the specified Wagering Requirements for the bonus are met. Similarly the Bonus itself cannot be withdrawn until the specific Wagering Requirements have been met. Once the Wagering Requirements have been met, the amount in the Bonus Balance linked to the active bonus will transfer to the Cash Balance, where it can then be withdrawn. Any bonus issued is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion. Any remaining/unused bonus at the end of the stated period will be removed from the player’s account.

21.co.uk again???

I find it hard to believe. I have never heard of free cash no wagering, especially that much. It's an error, I'd suggest it's a standard 100% bonus with the casino's specific wagering for that type of bonus.

I have had deals like that many times with various operators, one particular casino (accredited here) gave me many deposit £500 match £500 wager free, and even one deposit £1000 match £1000 wager *1 so its not necessarily an error

Not sure of terms but before taking it id make sure first what sort of playthrough you need on your deposit as some casinos say you need to play through deposit 1x and others have it as 5x before withdrawing.

But offer could well be ok depending on what casino it is. My last birthday Ladbrokes gave me a 100% bonus up to £200 . Only condition was I played through deposit 1x and the bonus was added next day with no wagering so completely withdrawable.

I had a free £80 chip added to my account at SlotBoss (same group I think) a while back with 2 times wagering.

Sometimes you do get a promotion that sounds too good to be true!

God! I get loads of spammy emails with chips and bonus offers to join I sometimes get mixed up which sites are which and what I am registered on or not LOL.

But actually! It seems to be just recently, I have had a lot more of the "too good to be true" offers pop up, mainly from RTG style sites but to be honest, I am very tempted to give it a shot-mainly the sites I enjoy and are accredited I will lean toward if I do commit.

The T&Cs at a glance look unreal, I haven't yet delved deeper into the fine print. From memory, many were "200% (or more) Deposit Match Bonus, No Rules, No Playthrough, No Max-Cashout" etc. There was some with the * to indicate the minimum qualifying deposit, but most of the offers were trade-offs with each other for the deal like, vice versa. It might be a generous Max Cashout Limit and All Games included or maybe No WR with a higher Min Deposit but No Limit Cashouts and so forth...

I will probably end up choosing one and just go for it, when I decide which of them is the most CM okay'd more likely. I dabbled on Dreams and really liked it so that was on the cards...though, have had a couple of issues am still waiting on so maybe back to sorting through the spambox:rolleyes:

Thanks all for your replays, it is at 21.co.uk. I contacted VIP support and had the following reply:

With regards to the VIP250 bonus I can confirm that if you deposit £250 this will be added to your cash balance and matched with a £250 bonus balance. All bets will be subtracted from your cash balance first and then from your bonus balance. All winnings will be paid into your cash balance. While there are no wagering requirements you will be unable to withdraw until you have played through the bonus funds once within the site.

LOL...'Detective Dunover' scores again....;)

Well, 250 quid with a 1x WR is very generous and I'd snap their hand off.

I made the £250 deposit and lost the cash balance. I then started to bet using the Bonus balance and I'm sure I've wagered over £250 and won around £200 or more but my cash balance is showing £1.42 and the bonus balance as £215.86, why is this? I though all winning made using the bonus balance are transferred to cash and I can't make a withdrawal until I wager the £250?

Very strange bonus, waiting on reply from VIP support.

I got somewhere in the region of 1k in intro bonuses (2 x £500) from this outfit and I believe it was wager free. In fact I wrote I post while back where I accidentally played a £200 spin on da vinci...it was with this bonus so I wasn't crying.

It gets better....I was doing big deposits / withdrawals and regardless of the outcome I would almost always getting a 'random lucky' bonus comp of £100 (sometimes £50).

That went on for about a month and everything suddenly stopped and I'm back to the irresistible deposit £20 for a £5 bonus.

They are a bit sharky though....minimum 48hrs to process cashouts unless you hassle the VIP team in which case the best they will do is 24hrs....which is still cr4p.

If anyone is thinking of using them and if you have the cash - a big initial deposit will get you on the VIP radar sharpish.
