I played on this casino sunday night and i won 46000:- SEK Around 5000Euro.. on monday morning i got emails about rollback on my witdrawl.. i login to my account and the money is gone.. the reason breach T&C they say.. when i ask whats wrong they say i have played the bonus on the same IP as someone els.. I told them i use Mobileinternet and that gives me a dynamic ip adress.. that give new ip adresses every 24 hours if you are logged out.. someone 200km from me have register an account at Annacasino 2016/03/24 15:49:42 and i have a receipt here saying i bought my mobileinternet 2016/03/24 17:45! 2 hours after he registerd.. i register my account 2016/03/27 4 days after.. and i started my internet first time friday 25e in a brand new computer i bought on friday.. my intetnet supplier does not believe this.. The odds that we will get the same ip adress and play att the same casino site is like 1 in a miljon.. but now it has happen and they are stealing all my money.. but i have not done anything wrong here.. :/ This is not okej.. by what they call them self a serious casino.. only answer i get now is Contact MGA .. im new playing casino so i realy dont know what to do here.. :/ Here i play and win alot of money honestly , and now the just take them from me.. :( and i cant do shit about it :/ Is this okej ?

I talk to my ISP again today And they cant understand how a serious casino owned by a bigger casino as UNIBET can do things like this..
I havent done anything wrong here :/

Really sorry about your situtation. It's strange that casinos don't realize that things like this can indeed happen, which is extra ironic since they're trying to promote mobile casino gambling so hard.

Yeah its kinda sick :/ i would not care if it was like 200euro.. but its like 5k
 
These kind of complaints are becoming more and more commonplace. Surely the casinos must realise that IP addresses are recycled frequently and smaller ISPs or mobile providers only have small blocks of IPs in towns and villages.

Speak with the rep and hopefully this gets resolved for you.
