So, I tried again last night and got the same transaction error. But 10 seconds later a window opened to say the transaction was successful - the window then wouldn't close.
so i refreshed the page and it disappeared.
selected IR to play and got a server error.
So as it said the game may be temporarily unavailable. I played some NetEnt games. After a while I tried IR again, still the same. So i tried some other MGS games, none would load.
Went to live chat, no reply after 10 or so minutes, and then a message asking me to email support
This was at 21:42 GMT. So obviously they were getting ready to go home for the day and couldn't be bothered with any more queries.
"get back to you shortly" apparently means 10+ hours, because at 08:19 this morning they replied saying that everything was fine at their end and I should just try using a different browser
I don't see how my browser is going to affect their servers
I do try to support new casinos (especially BBF and potential BBF), rather than just giving all my money to the established and accredited brands. It's a bit like using some of my independent local shops rather than only the major supermarkets.
But if I make a deposit, it's because i want to play there and then. NOT wait until the next day.
If there's a problem AND live chat IS available, I'd expect a reply, not for my query to be pushed to one side until the next day
