BBF = two years minimum operation. But if I know the people behind the operation, this can be waived. We have a new policy that if they have less than two years, they can opt to have an adviser/counselor supervise the BBF and it's extended to 90 day (I guess I should write all this shit down). We have two casinos on the side lines having this organized.

If a casino already has a casino in the accred section, then the BBF is fast tracked to 30 days since it's kind of redundant.

Also "pending" may mean a short while, or a looong while. This depends when the casino is ready for the heat. :p
 
well I signed up. but I was a little wary since I couldn't find any games listed that are exempt from playing with the SUB.
So messaged support, as there's no live chat available (maybe just because of the time of day 10pm GMT). No reply after 15 minutes, so I assumed there's no one available, and decided to make a deposit and just avoid the 'usual suspects'.
But it wasn't to be .....

Odd about the chat. For me it was pretty quick and the guy was coherent and helpful. Maybe he was on a smoke break. :p

So, I tried again last night and got the same transaction error. But 10 seconds later a window opened to say the transaction was successful - the window then wouldn't close.
so i refreshed the page and it disappeared.
selected IR to play and got a server error.

So as it said the game may be temporarily unavailable. I played some NetEnt games. After a while I tried IR again, still the same. So i tried some other MGS games, none would load.
Went to live chat, no reply after 10 or so minutes, and then a message asking me to email support

This was at 21:42 GMT. So obviously they were getting ready to go home for the day and couldn't be bothered with any more queries.

"get back to you shortly" apparently means 10+ hours, because at 08:19 this morning they replied saying that everything was fine at their end and I should just try using a different browser :mad:
I don't see how my browser is going to affect their servers

I do try to support new casinos (especially BBF and potential BBF), rather than just giving all my money to the established and accredited brands. It's a bit like using some of my independent local shops rather than only the major supermarkets.

But if I make a deposit, it's because i want to play there and then. NOT wait until the next day.
If there's a problem AND live chat IS available, I'd expect a reply, not for my query to be pushed to one side until the next day

Yeah, the practice games work fine. It's only when you've deposited and are playing with real cash, that none of the MGS games will load.

We heavily criticized Energy for their 10EUR withdrawal fee whereas they actually offer 1 free WD/week and for the high 90xB WR on their 50% re-load bonuses. Viks is topping that. Thanks Jon, that is indeed the answer we are after however as you already pointed out cannot trust it until they either update their t and c or a rep clarifys it in here.

Reason being for just now their t and c say max bet 5 euro and they can just void winnings and say MAX BET WAS 5 EURO if you play £5 a spin as things stand. Gotta look after yourself and I am not putting myself at risk like that.

As Harry says, the W/D fees are batshit stupid, effectively taking 2% off of your RTP up to 500 euros if you win.

just noted this thread. I didn't realise they were an EM casino where I am excluded. They let me sign up (using my usual details), deposit several times - talk to them on chat etc. No doubt if I had won, they would have blocked and not paid up. EM really need to do better on this.

It's not an 'inconvenience'.

It's misrepresentation, when the games are displayed on the site, but aren't available to play and there's no warning that they aren't available.

Surely this problem would have been identified before the site was launched?

So, a month later, and they're still not working, are all the MGS games still displayed on the site, with no warning that they're unavailable ?

I made a deposit in order to play MGS games. So I for one feel cheated
