BetAt Term

Sorry guys, just had a look at BetAt again and one term sounds funny:

All outstanding User Real Money balances, stemming from Bonuses made Real or other forms of monetary compensations will be capped at maximum monthly withdrawal amount of 10 times total deposited amount at the time of first withdrawal request or €25,000, whichever is lower.

Does that mean if i deposit and take a 30% bonus as example for a deposit of 100$, my max cashout on that month is 1000$ (=10x100?)

Or do i get this wrong?

I picked up on that before and asked them to explain it to me:
If my understanding is correct if you have NEVER made a withdrawal then it is 10times whatever you have deposited capped at 25k.If its not your 1st withdrawal then this rule does not apply
CAUTION:that is just my understanding of what was explained to me,do not take it as gospel.
It is so badly worded its unreal,dosen't bother me though anymore as i don't play there due to lack of promos and massive tightening of the withdrawal limits

if you only deposited 100$ that month then it will be 1000$ max.
if you deposited 2500$ that month then it will be 25,000$ max

that's how i understand it. pretty bad if you deposit 50 take a bonus and hit a WL on DOA giving you a max 500$ withdrawal :eek:

You probably need the rep to clarify it hoff as they were very clear with me that after your 1st withdrawal (NOT the 1st withdrawal of the month , the 1st withdrawal ever) that this term became obsolete.Might be wise to PM them pointing out the thread?

Ah ok, if it's only about the first withdrawal it doesn't matter to me as well... To be honest i did have quite a few withdrawals there, and all were paid without any hassle, but just stumbled over this term today and didn't know what to think about it

As i said CAUTION as because its so ambiguous it could be interpreted in many ways.Its a badly written term and even if it is the way i believe it is, for anyone who had a good run at the start and had a big 1st withdrawal from small deposits they could feel pretty miffed.

Well I would read that as the TOTAL deposited since you first signed-up, not for a particular month or specific promotion...
(And yes, only your very first withdrawal).

Definitely ambiguous and in need of clarification.

Hi all,

Just caught onto this..

This is a deterrent for high risk hit & run collusive bonus players using the welcome pack. You know, the type of group that sign up through 10 accounts and play DOA at max bet simultaneously, surfing the fringe of the terms and conditions to maximize the chance of large cashout on the bonus funds. Unfortunately these type of players require us to set up an element of protection by having such terms in place.

As much of a deterrent it is, we have never enforced it in the 6 years we have been operating. Also, it is impossible for any frequent depositor to fall foul of it as it only applies to first WD.
