They look like a far east casino to me so I'm guessing they have different hosting arrangements with the providers.

I wonder if VPNing yourself a little closer to their servers might have improved things.

Sorry about that Nicola but it seems nowadays many Casinos are just bogus with huge T&Cs and many other non-gaming factor's as if they are testing the player's in all dimensions. In your case, you were being tested in the "patience" dep't. All in all, It's a casino I wouldn't try with my patience being close to zero
