What's wrong with a warning? Every site has that sort written in their rules or in Responsible gambling.
It's brave to put it on the front page and I can't see anything wrong with doing that. Gambling can be very dangerous, and in fact are costing a lot of people their lives every year.

Somewhat off topic sorry...

'psycological injuries'
This topic often comes up with friends.

Can you really 'hurt' someone's feelings. And if so can you equate that to physical harm? If you can't equate it to physical harm; it's not relevant to anything important.

My current thinking leads me to believe that this aspect of our emotions evolved as a warning sign of real physical danger. Not something tangible that can be harmed.
And this evolved 'warning sign' has become mixed up with physical harm somewhere along the line.
I think what's happened here parallels what people in the past thought about love; i.e. love is not a chemical reaction but something else.

If you watch Judge Judy, she never asks for payment for 'psychological distress.' She sticks only to the tangible stuff.
I think she is like this because she recognises it as baloney.

I think people suffering from PTSD, anxiety dsiorders and the like might disagree.
