Rant mode is on

...so I have been spinning away and suddenly noticed that my balance increased by $50. Wow... I thought, what a nice surprise. Apparently they checked my recent history and decided to reward me for all these disastrous losses I have suffered ;). Stupid me :). The next moment I got an email stating that my last withdrawal of $50 was rejected with "contact us if you have any questions" stuff. Ugh... I surely do have questions. Like WTH and so on. It were clean non-bonus funds with no strings attached, withdrawn by the same method as deposited. It is beyond me how a decent casino could do so to a VIP player without so much as an explanation.

Rant mode is off.

had the same the other week albeit my balance shot up to around 900 ish from 527 ish , upon checking this those funds which appeared suddenly disappeared , without any explanation i just thought it was a glitch ,seems youve had the same thing now? i haven't bothered to chase it up , maybe one of there reps could clear this up .

I've had this happen at numerous sites over the last year or so.Nothing wrong at my side but withdrawal has 'failed' and then ended up back in casino account.Every site has the same reponse "you will have to withdraw again" and in all cases it was just to the same ewallet.
Why exactly is it my problem?? Why if the withdrawal fails do the funds end up back "in play"? Why do I have to decide to withdraw again , it should be automatic from your end.
At least you got an email, I don't ever recall getting one , I always find out by default when I check if the funds have been received and they haven't or my casino balance is bigger than it should be.:mad:

A horrible memory

When I was very new to online casinos some time ago, I played the dark knight rises at guts with massive bets for me of £6, I would lower the stake and raise the stake not really knowing what i was doing and hit the bonus on what I now know to be a weighted feature of the game, so the spins were something like £5.40 value or something like that. I'd hit the bonus on like a £1.50 spin and thought this was odd, I obviously know now thats how the game keeps itself fair, I went straight to support and said is this an error, Im new, etc and guess what they said. YES it is an error and took nearly 700 quid off me and left me with some sort of conciliation prize of around £100. I basically had my naivety and honesty taken advantage at the time and thinking its all rigged and full of errors I then self excluded for 12 months.

I learnt alot in those 12 months on here and other places and briefly returned to the old haunt with a new account after the exclusion period, I won a small amount and had the hardest time withdrawing it, Im still not verified as we speak and gave up and now play happily at a dozen casinos that Im fully verified at and more importantly comfortable at. Things like balances jumping up and down is not something I would be comfortable with, infact I'd be super pissed, it just brought back that nightmare so Id thought Id share it with you all.

Cheers

Agree with everything said above. What is more, I often use the Autoplay feature and occasionally leave my PC to make coffee or have a smoke. I could have easily overlooked this 'withdrawal rejection' thing altogether, believing that any change of balance is caused by my gameplay. We both would have looked awkward in this case, me demanding the missing withdrawal and casino claiming they have nothing outstanding... what a mess :(

My problem is a little bit different, as the rejected for-no-good reason withdrawal was officially confirmed by casino later on. With no apology or anything, mind you :)

However, I believe I know what you are referring to. Were you playing with bonus funds? I had noticed earlier that the moment the WR is met, the balance value changes in some weird way to reflect it, clearing back to normal after a few more spins. Does it sound like your case?...

Hi fleur nope mine had no bonus attached i was clicking rather fast , i had been switching games came out onto change games this is where i had spotted my balance being nearly 1k ,it was over 900 , went back playing a few more spins , then noticed the balance had dropped down to 500 ish , really strange to be honest . anyway carried on playing , didn't bother chasing up with it , im still awaiting the vip to contact me by e mail or call me (

sounds like your all sorted which is good news well done on the win )
