Hi all
I have been playing at royal panda casino for a few months now and i must say its a really good casino all the new latest games, fast payout with no problem and very good customer service.
The one number thing what sell it for me is the bonus money every friday 50% plus you have a time fame of 90 days to meet the wages which it 35 time most casino only give u a few weeks or days.

Well done royal panda casino will keep play.

One of the accreditation requirements is that the casino is operational for 2 years.

The Royal Panda rep Melvin told me once they reach this requirement in a couple of month they will contact Bryan for the BBF.

Thank you for the kind words, sweetpea71!

I shall also forward the compliment about our customer service to our team, they will be happy to hear that their hard work and knowledge is being recognized and appreciated.

And as hedgehok already gave away, we shall challenge ourselves in the BBF as soon as we're allowed to take part.

Regards,
Melvin

Excellent casino and I love the bonus system as I said in the introductions to the rep thread.

I look forward to Fridays for the Bamboo bonus which I've been quite lucky on, as well as on some normal deposits (after a slow start.)

Fast withdrawals too. I'm sure they'll sail through the BBF unless anything changes.

Chris

Bargain free spins in the RP loyalty points shop, Fast Withdrawals,Great customer service and an easy to navigate website, on top of all this they have 4 way slot play and my biggest ever Sophia feature came here! What is not to like

My 5 cents.

I played RoyalPanda, and I am wondering, why it is not in accredited list casino so far.
Excellent design, friendly Customer support. No problems with withdrawals so far.

I liked it !

You see the reason if you just go back and read a few posts.

They will be!

Nice comments, all! It's always great to hear that our players are happy.

If they had AUD currency I would happily play there too, seems like a nice Casino :)
Thank you for the feedback, mina1929. I will make note of it, and see what we can do. As you may have seen in other threads, we always listen to player feedback and do our best to improve our casino to your wishes and needs.

I hope you all had a great 2015, let's aim for an even better 2016! (with an accredited panda?)

Thanks for the recommendation. Withdrawal verified and completed within 8 hours of becoming a member which is very welcome.

One small note of caution is that even if you choose no bonus on deposit you still get free spins so beware you don't accidentally take them (assuming you're avoiding).

Thanks slotter999, hopefully we'll beat that record with your future withdrawals.

About the free spins it's true, though you can request our customer service to take away the spins or the bonus money (or you can cancel it yourself). However, be aware that there is no downside to taking a bonus at Royal Panda, because of our bonus system.

Real money funds are never restricted when you have a bonus, and you play with real money first. This means that you can play as you would without a bonus (and possibly clear it). Any winnings can be withdrawn without restrictions, though this would forfeit your bonus. Only if you would run out of cash balance, you would touch your bonus.

As I've said before, I'm a big fan of this casino.

I really like the bonus rules too. Not been locked in whilst you play with real cash has allowed me to make some nice withdrawals and I've been happy to forfeit the bonus.

Fast payouts too!

10 out of 10 so far for me

Chris

Hi Melvin,

If you *really* *really* wanted to be the best casino in the world ever....just give the free spins away no strings.

Thanks again for the service - impressive and appreciated.

Thank you for the suggestion, slotter999. It's been noted, and we take every input seriously.

I would agree with this, or even reduced wagering for free spin wins, and the free spin winnings contributing to wagering requirements - I got free spins on Wild Rockets a few days ago, won £75 but WR was enormous so effectively this was only fun money, no use to a player and makes me unlikely to take a free spins offer in future. Some sites offer no wager or very low wager on free spins but they also allow the winnings from free spins winnings to contribute to WR.

I would disagree to make the free spins wagerfree. That usually includes some other rule that compensates for the wagering requirements like Superlenny does where you need to wager your deposit 5-10 times. It's never really wagerfree.
There is always some strings attached.

It's true that this would generally add other terms. If you look at other casino's they might have deposit or withdrawal fee's (we have none), or lack of Loyalty program (we have one), or other terms like the one you mention, MightyDuck.

The reason is simply that it would be a significant cost increase + open to abuse (requires additional fraud prevention measures/resources). We are not in favor of adding other terms, introduce fee's or reduce our Loyalty program.

Our current bonus system is designed so that you should not worry about taking a bonus, because it won't limit you in any way.

That being said, we are always looking at pro's and cons of such benefits. Your input is greatly appreciated, and will have an effect in our decision making.

Hi cncas2123, thanks for this input as well.

You won £75 with the initial 16 Free spins? That's an impressive win first of all!

For such a big win, it might indeed be hard to clear for most players. You could just have fun with it, and hope to hit even bigger to make it worth clearing. Also you have 90 days to clear it, so if you'd just casually play from time to time you might actually get there as well.

At least I hope you still had fun with the bonus, and keep in mind that there is no downside to taking the bonus even if it is indeed to hard to clear for you in this situation.

I would swap a 75 win with a wager than a few spins with out wager any day :)

Opened an account, made 1st deposit without welcome bonus (lost), made a 2nd deposit and have just requested a £700 withdrawal. Let's see how quickly it gets processed.

So far so good. Easy registration process, responsive site and smooth gameplay. Ticking all of the boxes so far.
