dizzywin/ digimedia/ fortune lounge casine rep?

I have been trying to get in touch with the rep for Dizzy win but haven't received a reply to my message.

I withdrew $500 on June 23rd. After the pending period they approved the withdrawal but only $200 of it.

Here is what I was told in an email:

"This is confirmation that your withdrawal has been sent for processing during the course of today.

The payment will be structured and paid in increments of $200 to avoid any problems with your payment reaching you.

Once you receive the payment, please request another withdrawal, so that we can process the next payment once the mandatory pending period has lapsed. Your remaining balance of $300 will be credited back into your account."

I checked my account and sure enough the $300 was removed from the pending withdrawal and put back into my account balance. This seems seriously wrong to me. I have already requested the withdrawal and waited the mandatory pending period. Obviously they are hoping I am going to be frustrated and reverse it all.

Hoping someone can help with this.
 
It says you're in Canada. Could that be the problem?
I've read in several threads lately that many have a problem getting paid there because the banks don't want anything to do with gambling.

I hope someone else can give you a better answer but that was my first though.
No reversing please :)
 
Oh I never even thought of that. I am in Canada but I have never had any problem with my payment going through. I had a few pretty decent withdrawals last week and they came through my bank with no problems.

I just dont like that the remainder was put back into my balance and I have to start all over with the withdrawal and waiting period again. Seems unfair. They should just leave it as a pending withdrawal until the first payment goes through.
