Hi all,

Just to quickly introduce myself, I'm Melvin and I'm here as a Royal Panda representative.

I've been active in the online poker and casino industry since 2008. Initially as a player, later as an affiliate and currently as an operator!

I love the industry as a whole, and I still enjoy playing some games myself from time to time. Hopefully my experience and interest will show in my work!

Should you have any questions about me or our casino, feel free to ask!

Regards,
Melvin

I already miss Mark:(

But ok, you're welcome anyway:thumbsup:

Thanks for the advice, Tirilej! I just applied for the "I-Gaming Industry Reps" group.

Don't worry about Mark, he's doing just fine! I'll tell him you miss him (I'm sure he still reads the forums from time to time as well).

Got accepted! Thanks again for the advice :).

Nice colour. Now we can trust you a little more:thumbsup:

If you wonder what Jasminebed ment in the post above yours about 'getting the pink on', then that's the colour you will get when you're accredited.
Just in case you didn't know.

Here we see people in colours. Just don't turn red because then you're banned:p

I think purple is for accredited casino reps, pink for non-accredited?

I've never seen a pink colour in this forum at all, for anyone. Maybe I'm colour blind in some strange way, but it's never been pink.

They will go in to the BBF very soon I believe so he will get purple.

His current color is pink (i-gaming rep), BUT I hope it's going to change to purple (accredited casino rep) soon :p

I guess what I have now is kind of a pink colour?

About the BBF, how come you know more about this than I do?

Or do you? ;)

Anyway, thanks all for the warm welcome! I hope to be of service to you all.

It is definitely our goal to become one of the (if not THE) best casino's out there. If there is ever anything that you feel we could or should improve on to make this a reality, you can always PM me, or create a thread about it.

It's no pink in that colour. If they want to call it that then fine, but still it isn't :D

I did have that bird called Mark whispering some before he flew away...
I thought you were in here for that specific reason. Correct me if I'm wrong;)

I'll go with the political correct answer: "Time will tell"

Good to see a rep here from this casino especially as just started playing at rpanda again. Always good having the back up of a rep on here in case of issues :) which have so far been none for me . But yet to withdraw :) welcome Melvin to cm )

Just a quick note on my experiences with Royal Panda.

I signed up the other day and received my welcome bonus. Unfortunately I lost that but took advantage of last Friday's bonus offer. As debated on the other thread the bonus system here is unusual, but I don't think totally unfair. I deposited £150.00 and received £75.00 bonus. The first money you play is your cash, £150.00 in my case and the cash play along with any winnings from it goes towards your wagering.
Unfortunately I lost the £150.00 cash, but the play had made a good dent in the wagering requirements for the £75.00 bonus. I then started to play with the bonus money, which does not count towards wagering, but I hit a big win, over £600.00. This was added to my bonus balance, but I only needed to wager the rest of the £75.00 requirements to release the lot. This was explained clearly to me by the CS rep.

You can only do this with cash though, so I deposited some cash and made the wagering requirements and withdrew £565.00.

I received a mail the next day requesting my docs which I sent last night, so lets see how long it takes to be verified.

The only bit I don't like is that they cancel the withdrawal and return it back to your balance whilst the docs are being approved, when the funds could just be held in pending.

Anyway, I'll advise how long the verification process takes and how long before I receive my winnings.

I hope this is of help.

Chris

Hi chris87, thank you for your messages!

Congratulations on your win, I'm sure the money will be in your account shortly.

There are two main reasons why a withdrawal is canceled at the time where we have to request documents.

1. This would alert you that something is wrong at the time being. At the same time you would have received an e-mail requesting information or documentation to verify your account. Just leaving the withdrawal status on pending can cause a longer verification time, since you would be less inclined to check your e-mail or contact our support.

2. Pending withdrawals queue up in our system. By either canceling or processing a withdrawal, our payment team can keep a clean page which in turn will also result in faster withdrawals for everyone.

I hope you can understand and agree with the reasoning behind this, but if you strongly disagree then you can let me know and I will discuss it internally for you.

Number 2 there is a valid reason but 1 is not and will never be :)

Thanks for your comments Melvin.
Money was in my bank on Wednesday 18th, so I can't complain.

Just took advantage of this Friday's Bamboo Bonus and luckily won before I had to use any bonus funds. Yes, I forfeited the bonus, but was able to withdraw with a profit without any wagering.

Good casino and I do like this bonus system!

Glad to hear it, Chris! That is indeed one of the major upsides to our bonus system :).
