Here's the deal:
Hubby is a pack rat. He bought a demo pc off the floor at Sams in 2011.
Well, his current pc fried or something so he is trying to get this "new/old" one going.
the problem:
He can't log in to do anything at all because it has "Sams" password and he didn't get it when he bought it. Usually they set them back to factory specks before you take it home. Obviously, they didn't do that this time
Sams ( the guys working tonight anyway) say all they have is the current password.
Is there a way to bypass "admin"???????
Suggestions???
