i just received the E-Mail from CasinoEuro (in german as i'm registered in Switzerland of course) ... I'll translate shortly the most important stuff, sorry for a not perfect translation as i'm not a professional english speaker

Message: Bloodsuckers TOUCH is not available in mobile anymore since a few months as NetEnt found out that the game had technical errors which also reflected wrong payouts on ALL casino sites running Bloodsuckers TOUCH, Bet Level, Coin Values and Payouts were affected which caused that SOME clients did not get the correct payout, NetEnt has fixed the problems and we are happy to finally be able to compensate our customers for these circumstances.

We found out that you were one of the customers affected and credited you 8 EUR on your account, of course without wagering restrictions as real cash.

I did see that the game disappeared from Mobile but didn't think anything about it, only played it rarely on Touch... And they they come after months and call this out is simply fantastic and show how professionally and fair they are running their operations. I wonder how many casinos will not call this out or just keep the money

BetVictor regrets to inform our customers that, as a result of a software malfunction in higher bet level bonus rounds of the tablet and mobile version of our NetEnt Bloodsuckers game (Bloodsuckers Touch), the game did not operate as intended and winnings were paid out on those bonus rounds at a lower level than they should have been. A small proportion of players of the game were affected to some extent. The malfunction occurred during the period between the launch of the game on 21 August 2014 and its suspension.
