What I expect from an accredited casino

I know for most of you guys it is quick withdrawals. Not really an issue for me as they are far and few between (unfortunately). But I do expect certain things:

-Knowledgeable chat reps. I cannot believe how some of them cannot understand what I am trying to convey. I spent an hour on chatline the night before as I was stuck on a bonus roumd and they kept making me log in, refresh, clear cache, etc. Also, I had an additional WR added on by mistake but they couldn't get what I was trying to tell them. I had 20 free spins added on by the casino manager because of the time I spent trying to resolve this which ended up having a wage requirement. Thanks!

- Do not keep trying to tempt me to reverse my withdrawal. Worked once -- never again. Why is there not a reversal of deposit if we are going to be on the same playing field? I just experienced 3 deposits going through due to their website saying there was an error with the deposit. Now, I have to go through the whole verification process.

- Do not stall withdrawals with stupid requests such as copies in color. Really, why ????

- Let us know how much is left in our WR when we log into our account (like Betat does). I do not want to waste my time talking to the chat reps (which always takes a lot more time then I am willing to give) to find out how much further I need to wager.

- Make your WR clear. Do not bury them in the T&C's. I have been burned too many times by this.

I do not ask for much. I only play for entertainment not a get rich scheme. I allocate so many $$$ to this just as I would going to a movie or a dinner. So, please just make things simpler for us. We want entertainment -- not harrasment. That being said, there are many, many good reputable casinos out there that do it just right. I just wish the rest would follow suit.

I do not ask for much as like your self I pay to play and look at it as that, If win than its a bonus, Hense why not to fussed about wager ect on bonus, You need that now days just to get a bit of play, I do get annoyed when keep deposit and money gone in record time, As you get nothing for your payment,

Anyway I expect a
24hr chat host, Casino is a 24hr operation and should treat it as such,

CS that actually know something, Also with a bit of whack behind them, For instance they can add a missing bonus and be able to look into your account,

Payout is not a big deal, I am used to waiting a few days for payment, Any longer than its wrong,

A fine tuned site, Just gets on my whits when sites running slow and games crashing, Error code etc,

Do not fill my inbox up with rubbish, Oh we added a new game, SO WHAT so has 500 other sites lol,
