I found this casino zodiac online "

"and thought they are good until I made a deposit of 1$ and got the bonus of 2000%, so I got $20 on my balance, and I fairly played on the machine slots for about 7 hours non stop, and won 1000$ and I requested a withdrawal to my neteller account.

I waited for their reply to confirm my withdrawal or at least to ask for the usual documents for verification, but their first and only reply was this mail :
(( It appears that you exchange funds with other players at Casino Rewards and this practice is regarded as fraudulent.

Please refer to our Terms and Conditions:

1. General

viii. If players transfer funds between each other's financial accounts/ewallets or if multiple players have their financial accounts/ewallets funded by a common source, this will be considered fraudulent and will be investigated. We reserve the right to void any winnings associated with these types of practices.

As such, the winnings have been voided and confiscated. Please note that our decision is final.

Kind regards,

Annabelle

Knowing that i've never exchange any money with any of their players or anyone else, and I sent them that i will make a complaints as this was unfair and illegal according to their terms and conditions to refuse to pay me my winnings. They send me back that email:

(( Thanks for your email.

We would like to remind you that it is your responsibility to read, understand and accept the Terms and Conditions prior to registering a real player account.

It is clearly stated in our terms that in the event funds have been exchanged between Casino Rewards members the winnings will be void.

I'm sorry for your disappointment however you are clearly in breach of our terms therefore we have actioned your account accordingly.

Kind regards,

Annabelle

Risk Management ))

So I am asking you if what they have done to me acceptable and legal as I never did what they said I did, they refused to pay me & closed my account without any reason and without any proof and they didn't want even to give me a proof for their act, they said this was their final decision.
I used to play on other online casinos and won many times with fair play, any of them have done that to me.

In my opinion, that kind of casinos should have their licenses revoked, and not to have this kind of license to defraud and rob people arround the world

I have been swindled by that casino and ask you please to do the necessary to resolve that conflict and they have to justify their reaction because it's not legal to refuse to pay me my winning and gave me a false reason to rob my money.

If they do that to every player that means they are crooks and they should not be here.

I am waiting for your Quick answer.

Regards

Sorry but what were you thinking? 2000% bonus and this will be an upstanding casino? Really? I wouldn't even waste my time with such an offer. So, you lost $1 -- big deal.

If Casinorewards has to pay one cent per spam mail they sent me through the years - though i have unsubscribed multiple times - i would be a millionaire.
Where can i claim this sum, because there is an obvious data transfer between multiple instances of Casinorewards.

Kind regards

They may be on the reservation list, but they are not even close to being "rogue" in my humble opinion.

In my experience of them (now approaching two years), I have ALWAYS got paid when I requested a withdrawal. I would like to think it was
because I played within the rules and T&C's.

As for spamming, yes I used to get a lot. The thing is, it wasn't Casino Rewards that was sending them. It was spamming affiliates or
some other "party". I had one chat with Renee (the Casino Rewards rep who is very helpful I may add) via PM here. And she got it fixed. Now, I only get CR e-mails from CR themselves. And it's not that frequent, maybe once a week to inform you of their weekly match bonus offer. If THAT is spamming, then I guess GUTS, BETAT, Gala and Bet365 are all spammers too. And I think we can all agree, those guys are NOT spammers.

I also know that I'm not the only CM member who plays at Casino Rewards. Vinyl, Nicola and steveyboy (to name only three) play at Casino Rewards.

If Casino Rewards were "dodgy", none of those three would touch Casino Rewards with a barge pole.

I can only come to the conclusion that the OP has broken a rule or term. I'll not resort to accusing the OP of omitting a crucial piece of information,
but I can't see why Casino Rewards would disallow a payment without very good reasons.

Way to be an asshat about it. He may have deposited only $1 but it doesn't mean he only lost $1. He won $1000. And he lost $1000. That kind of thinking in gambling doesn't get you anywhere if you don't consider won money yours. It's like thinking '' I deposited $20 and won $200 but then I gambled and lost it all away. Even though I could've used that $200 at least I only lost $20 ''... you're fooling yourself with that sort of thinking.

Also while 2000% bonus sounds insane it is only $1 deposit for $20, it's a special promotion at some CR casinos and they are not rogue. They pay out in time if you don't break T/C's. The only '' bad '' thing about CR casinos is if your wins exceed losses you get '' bonus banned '' until you have lost more than won.

The OP should contact rep or submit a PAB but seeing as CR isn't rogue I'm fairly sure they broke rules but just won't either admit or remember it.

Could they be talking about something like on LCB... where you can earn credits by posting and logging in and reviews etc? With those credits you can buy bonuses from casinos. Those credits are transferred between accounts on the forum in order to buy those bonus reards...?

You can add me to the list of Casino Rewards players.

I've played a few of those deposit $1 get $20 offers over the years, recently received on for an existing account.

Start with the rep, and if you get no satisfaction, then you are free to Pitch-a-Bitch.

There are quite a large number of Casino Rewards casinos. If you have just taken such offers and NDB with them, without making deposits, it is in their terms to void winnings. However, that is not the reason cited, but perhaps a friend or family member that you have transferred money to plays at another?

@ poca : Jaz has given you the best advice. If you want to take this further please do look into our Pitch-A-Bitch (PAB) complaints service. The Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ tells you everything you need to know.

My most recent offer was on an existing account, and there was no max cashout. I have taken them a couple of times on new properties too, as far as I can recall there was not a max cashout, but I am sure it has been well over a year, so I could be mistaken.

I play at CR casinos too occasionally - I trust them completely and have never had any issues with them.
As they are one of the very few groups to be UK licensed, I'll probably be playing there as my second MG choice to 32Red from now on...

I don't think there is a max cash-out on the 2000% bonus - I will get this clarified ASAP.

I shall relay my comments for what they are worth. I played at a range of CR casinos in the past and took most of their promos. They always paid up without any problems. Even when they decided to oust me due to my place of residence they paid me before closing my account. I trust them.

Surely a 2000% offer for $1 would have a term limiting the cash-out? You're not telling me you can cash-out $1000 on this promo?

To my knowledge, there is no such term. But there is one thing that needs to be noted on the 2000% offers. The WR on these 2000% offers
is NOT CR's standard WR of 30 times the bonus. It is 60 times. So that's a WR requirement of £1,200, not £600.

That's a tall order on a starting balance of only £21.

The only obvious issue I can see is that if the withdrawal exceeded £2300, then security documents will be requested.
However, there is a one of those "reserve the right" terms, which says that CR can request documents on ANY withdrawal.

But in nearly two years of playing at CR, I have NEVER been asked to provide documents. My biggest CR withdrawal was £900.

There is one other thing I should point out. If a player took up this 2000% offer and did cashout £1000 and it put him/her in lifetime profit across all CR brands,
then they will automatically kiss goodbye to any chance they have of taking up any of CR's other bonus offers.

They will only be able to take advantage of those offers once they "go back into the red" across the whole group.

Clarified - there isn't a max cash-out.
Contacted the rep last night - this player's issue is being dealt with right now and should be finalised soon - one way or the other.

Complaint resolved

Hello,
This case is resolved.
I received my money, but they did make it very hard for me asking for specific documents, but kept on chasing them and after three weeks i finally received the 1000$.
Thank you

I used to play many moons back, Even a withdraw from qutro from the £1 deposit, No problems, I do not play there now as I said before a few mates signed up from my computer, Genuine players but this is way before I knew about the signing up from same IP etc,

Other than the constant spam there not a bad group.

A great group indeed!

I deposited $1 at Zodiac for the $20 bonus and busted out, a month later I got a vip card in the post worth $20.

I got a few good hits with the loki bonus round in TS2 which got me to $130 and then proceeded to IR. .30 c bets and dead as a doornail with $30 left wild desire came with a 4-reeler 1,3,4,5 with two picture symbols .30c bet =$530:notworthy

Had it saved on my old desktop but the motherboard is fried:mad:
No hassles, money in account. I thought they're not going to pay me, I only deposited $1, tres cool:thumbsup:
