Anyone every play here?

I won a decent amount of money and made 3 withdrawls... 1 on aug 10 and two on aug 12... first was paid out quick and the smaller of the two as well but the last hasnt...

They said that they paid it to my bank and that my bank is holding the money.. i thought this was extremely starnge and have never heard of such a thing... they told me i needed to deal with my bank.... i thought this was taking it too far but still checked with them and they said they had nothing....

They wanted a bank statement which i sent them but i blacked out all the other payments (other than the amounts) and they said they needed to see everything... i told them it was a violation of my privacy...

Finally they said to give them the bank details which i did and now they are saying they need proper contact info of an individual...

This seems extremelt fish my and totally frustrating.. i should be chasing my money but they dont think this is an issue....

Anyone have a similar experience?

For the time being i would stay far away from this place. Csr are not helpful and keep repeating the samething over and over even though i keep providing more info than i ahould.. then its never good enough and they need more

They do have a rep here https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/38338/

Contact them by private message and include the details they need (real name, account number) to look into your issue for you.

Were you first couple of payments back to your bank account? It's not as simple as the casino sends you a wire transfer. Most casinos first send it to a processor, who in turn sends it off into the banking system. It will go through an intermediate bank that handles international transactions, and is then routed to the head office of your bank, which in turn sends it to your branch and your account.

If a payment fails somewhere to reach its ultimate destination, it would be returned at some point to the originator, which is the casino's processor, so they need to get them involved to follow the trail.

Hi Again,

I have spoken to our support team who have informed me that we have provided you with the ARN however they can not chase this up with your bank for you.

I understand this is frustrating however unless we get additional information we remain in the dark given that the funds have been debited from our side.

We have had no problems with withdrawals since the start therefore we would very much appreciate you providing us with the necessary details so we can rectify the problem as soon as possible.

Thanks
Sarah

Like i have mentioned to your csrs at least ten times. I have spoken to the bank and they have nothing. I shouldnt have even had to go that far... why would i need to chase down a withdrawl?? I provided a snapshot of my bank statement blocking out the names on the tranaactions but not the amount yet you want to know the names.. that is a violation of my privacy.

If i make a withdrawl my work should end there. At the end of the day i havent been paid. It should be up to you to figure thigs out on where the money is. Ive provided you with enough info on my end to show it wasnt received

Not impressed

I'm not impressed about YakoCasino which means 'your casino'. Everything was good at few first withdrawal.. and suddently, withdrawal stopped for KYC.. but didn't receive an email about that. While the kyc, they are not supposed under their term to reverse withdrawal... and they do.

KYC I will give them the benefit of the doubt, Was it a stalling tactic? Most likely, But to reverse your withdraw is a different story, So they asking you to verify who you are & instead of locking game play or deposits they reverse your money and hope you play it out even low by what there going by (wanting KYC) There still letting you play

Yes.. they pay-out three withdrawal in no time to say, (1120$,1200$ & 1046$) however.. suddently with 4 pending withdrawal (5.8k) they requested KYC but didn't receive any e-mail. After a days, come to live chat to know what's happens.. and they tell me they need KYC which was provided in less than five minute. Proof of adress was approved in two mins, had to resend other ID cause they need to see 4 corner (strange cause theses ID was used everywhere and was accepted eveeywhere) that was sent few minute later that would be approved after 2 hour wich was of course not yet.. with no e-mail, no confirmation. Decided to reverse one withdrawal while.. lost it. Asked to reverse another one.. another CS on chat told me while KYC they can't reverse withdrawal, have to wait until verified..so asked why they reverse the first one, they didn't know what to say. After, they reversed the lot.. No blocking games play & deposit while this time, just wanted me to lose all back by delaying in bad faith KYC

I would like to see what the rep has to say, Any decent casino should stop all play once request KYC, The chat host obvious new this as they had stated, But you had already reversed once and than managed to reverse the lot :(

I wonder why they could not verify you as quick as the first few documents? I would move on to new pastures, Plenty more solders in the playing field that will take your money but at the same time look after you,

Dear simon1316,

Apologies for the late reply and for any inconvenience caused.

KYC was requested on your 4th withdrawal as with this last one you have reached the withdrawal amount subject to verification checks. According to our logs, you have also been sent an email with the request for documents a day after you requested your withdrawal and all documents were approved within 48 hours.

As for cancelling withdrawals, this can be done at any point while a transaction is "pending" i.e. it has not yet been processed. As many other operators, we do not normally block customers' accounts while KYC, however due to legal requirements withdrawal transactions can only be processed once an account is dully verified.

I hope the above explanation was to your satisfaction.

Regards,

/Ana
