Quatro casino closed my account and cancelled my withdrawal

Hello!

i created a Quatro Casino account and I took advantage of the promotion € 100 scratch cards free, i won a € 25 bonus and asked to deposit 1 euro to play the € 25 bonus. I made the deposit by Neteller and I played the deposit and the bonus and respected the terms and conditions.
On 05/08/2015 I requested a withdrawal of € 150 and I sent the documents to verify my account.

On 07/08/2015 I received an email from riskma*nag*eme*nt@*cas*ino*rew*ard*s.com to let me know that my account was closed down and that mywithdrawal is canceled. because many accounts have been created from my computer My email address or my personal information but I have not received from casino evidence. I never created from my computer several account, i have only one account Quatro Casino. so no one can access my computer or use my email address to register a casino account.
I sent several emails to the casino to give me evidence or provide me the accounts created from my computer but I have not received a reply.
It is necessary that all the members and the administrators of this forum know that I have an account quatro casino and I never creates other accounts.
I'm the only one who uses my computer, no one else can use my computer because I live alone.
I ask you to help me and protect players against Quatro casino scam.
 
They may have been referring to multiple account creation within the Casino Rewards group as a whole, not just Quatro casino as there are a large number of casinos within their group.

My wife was subject to losing around £400 due to not checking rules correctly, her fault not Casino Rewards.

I posted my complaint on several forum et the rep of casino rewards group advised me eCOGRA and casino informed me that I have three accounts quatro casino and his decision is final.
I have three accounts at casino rewards group : Quatro Casino, Luxury Casino and Nostalgia Casino.
my aim is to warn other players not to fall into the trap and do not use this promotion.

I have been playing at the CR group ever since one of the very first online casinos (Captain Cooks Casino) was launched back in 1998 and have accounts on most of their casinos in the group. Yet i have never ever had an issue with them regarding payments, withdrawals, promos, bonuses etc.

Lashing out at a Casino from the start is not the best way to find a solution in your favor!!! Jon gave you the link to the rep, contact her and should you then not have a satisfactory answer then PAB.
 
I apologize if I have done wrong, but the casino does not give me any importance and do not answer my e-mails.
believe me that I am innocent, I'm sure I have one account Quatro Casino, I never creates more than one account. If I have other accounts why they do not want to provide at least one account numbers.
 
Since I'm sure I have only one casino account. i make my complaint at eCOGRA.
On 04/09/2015 I received a email from Casino Rewards Risk Management to inform me that
my my account approved.
Yesterday I received my withdrawal on my Neteller account.
