WARNING Vic's Bingo ignores player winnings, BS from CS

Early this year a player came to us with a non-payment issue regarding Vic's Bingo. To make a long story brief:
  • player won $30,000 on mobile bonus games.
  • casino denied the winnings had taken place, demanded screenshots.
  • player played and won again, another $15,000. This time the player had screenshots.
  • all the while the casino is sending the player VIP invites and offers.
  • player submitted the screenshots, requested payment.
  • without notice the player's account was locked.
  • casino refused to respond to the player.

The player finally came to us for assistance. The issue was first submitted to the casino people no less than five (5) months ago. They've issued three (3) Support tickets saying they'd get back to us within 24 hours. Nothing happened.

I finally talked to Support on their Live Chat service:

You: Fair enough. Feel free to contact me if you need anything further. Agreed?
Maxwell: Agreed.

Again, no response. At this point I've wasted enough time chasing these douche-bags:

WARNING: Vic's Bingo is denying and confiscating player winnings without reason or justification. Customer Support does nothing but stalls, misdirects and ignores the problem(s). Promises given to deal with the player issues are worthless. Players are STRONGLY advised to avoid this casino.
