Guts is having deposit issues :(

I deposited $100 using mastercard, like usual, screen went to the sms security code field as usual, do the normal, add in the sms security code, and then screen went white and stayed that way, I clicked too the side of the white screen and it went back to the deposit fields, I checked my bank and can see that the $100 was withdrawn, but did not show up in my account balance

Live chat said they are aware of deposit Technical issues they are having at the moment.

Be nice if there was some kind of prior warning on the site, so we are aware, now it will take who knows how long to sort out being the weekend

Guts is normally quick of the mark when it comes to problems, I just took a look and there still accepting payments, Keep checking as may have gone in but slight delays at gut's end.

Last time this happened it took around 5 days to be sorted and the money was put back to my CC

So many issues with this site of late, I had issues the last 2 deposits I made mid-gameplay.

Think Redbet is going to be my DOA port of call until things are 100% sorted here.

Well its the weekend, I am told they probably cannot do anything about it until Monday, probably be Tuesday my time by then.

I totally agree with this. As long as they've said there are issues then it's not too bad. At least you know that it's going to be working soon and they know about it. Just be patient and I'm sure your money will go through.
