Advice.

Hi .

How i can close my account from those sites without affecting to my other everymatrix accounts? ?

Cs coulnd answer this.

Why would you close the accounts? Just leave them dormant, you can then always return when you feel like.

Other than that a cool-off period might be the right choice as it is limited to XXX months. Just don't do a SE.

Last option, PM Erik and ask him to have them closed.

1. Comed couple things personally with me and casino brand manager Simon in may and my account has been monitored from my VIP coordinator ( and only my VIP coordinator can add manually to my account something ) . Simon promised that my account is hole time monitored. havent get any contact from my Vip coordinator after that. I have tryed 3 weeks ago. She sayed : must ask everything from Simon.

2. They coulnd answer would it affect to other sites, if they close those.

3. Erik is one choise.

So basically , I play where it dont go kinder garden way ..

You may be in luck and not aloud to play just them sites, But there has been a lot of talk in recent times and no one really does no the full story on this and S'E,

Like Harry pointed out try and not to exclude from sites as its a bit of a grey area at the moment,

One piece of advice to all....

Regardless of site/ history / problems / poor service / being totally pissed off to the max etc etc etc

NEVER close an account, numerous reasons but mainly as there is no benefit to the player and closure can 'snowball' into a whole host of issues.

EM alone has created numerous threads over account closures and loss of winnings.

Only exception is for the hardened problem gamblers in which case you should close then ALL!

I don't exactly know what the problem is, but if you don't want to play there anymore, just opt out of their promotions and newsletters, that shouldn't influence anything in regards to other EveryMatrix sites, and that could be good enough?

Or you could say why you would want to close these accounts, as they seem to be very good Casino's..
Also, when support is unable to answer such a question, the best thing to do is indeed contact Erik or Bruno, they are great guys and will sort things out for you somehow, i bet.

Ok, I must try that one. .

For saying . Tell which other casinos but personally note to VIP account. That only one person is handling his account, not anyone else. ? And she dont get touch in 2.5 months

My betitgroup bankroll can go other casinos. Usually 1-2 k deposits in week.

Well, like i said, if your unhappy with the above, then i could suggest my usual list: CasinoLuck and NextCasino, Redbet, Unibet/Maria, Guts, and of course 32Red, but i assume you already have accounts at each ^.^

There's also 3Dice, although high variance but with those deposit averages you may enter the silver tier of their loyalty program quite fast, which would make it a lot more interesting (really good loyalty matchups with low wr etc.)

And if your willing to go "unaccredited" i really enjoyed my time in HelloCasino so far, and i am myself keen on trying out Betspin pretty soon. So much choice, such little monies!! :p

All good Casino's ;)

Have forgotten couple one which you butted in here.

Guts , I cant forgot. And casinoluck and NextCasino have been good ones.

Yep, I done a recent boo boo and closed an an account under Everymatrix. I only excluded as I don't like leaving accounts open which have my banking details saved on them and every once in a while, I'll streamline which casino's I play with and perhaps 6 months down the line will have a shuffle round again and return.

Thrills and Superlenny are great sites and are pleasing to play there, but after trying Casino Cruise, depositing there and then being told my account is being closed as I had excluded on another Everymatrix site (not for gambling issues and was not told which site), it sort of forced me to exclude at Thrills and Superlenny to save any problems. :(

Yes, excluding does open a can of worms, even after the period has lapsed as I have unfortunately found out via Cassava sites. Likewise it is a pain closing your account as it stops (I presume) you from returning.

Personal choice for me as I am always worried about open casino accounts with my bank details on them and which I am not monitoring as I have decided to try somewhere else (more than likely just following certain games/preferences). It is a shame that excluding for 6 months is interpreted as 'you have a gambling problem' and restricts what you can do elsewhere.

do you keep going to a restaurant when you hate their food? or you need to close the restaurant in order for you to stop eating there?

If I eat a lot of burgers and open a tab at McDonalds for 6 months, then have a preference for pizza and jump over to Pizza Hut, I would like to know my burger account would not be abused while I am munching on pizza! 6 months may pass and my pizza belly may decide burgers should be tried again, so hopefully I wouldn't need to convince McDonalds to take me back coz I have eating issues!!!

:D

If you can get a tab at either mcdonalds or a casino, and you are not very famous/wealthy/ or the owner, and if you would close your account/tab.... you should get institutionalised.

I opened an account the other day and the site was awful and ruined a good stream on twitch, I asked cs if they close without self excluding and this was the response I got

Erik (10:53:45): HI Phil!
Erik (10:53:50): How may I help you today?
Phil (10:53:54): Hi Eric
Phil (10:54:19): is there a close account option on here that does NOT require self exclusion?
Erik (10:54:51): Well, it does not really make difference. If you self-exclude for a certain time you can still reopen your account.

I pm'd the rep on here but he took days to confirm nothing of any consolation, he just did the same as the CS and kept repeating himself as if he didn't speak the mother tongue, frightening to say the least!

Funny thing was they have the same name so I'll be avoiding this place like the plague now as if CS don't know the rules of gambling then what do you expect if anything went wrong?!

I think I was asked whats the big deal, self exclusion is kinda the same as closing, I mean it was incompetence on a massive scale and i was asked "don't you believe me" as if the rep was god lol

I'll be recommending this place as much as I recommend holidays to Syria

wtf... Why I can't enter in my Thrills-account? Why Russia restirect jurisdiction?

Same here, this is the answer from support:
Hello Harald,
We seem to have a temporary issue that keeps you from login in at the moment.
I am really sorry for this inconvenience and we are working to have it fixed.
Please try to login again a little later.
Best regards

Hi

Just wanted to give an update regarding your post above. Since we are on our own licenses with our soon to be 3 sites, you will not risk your accounts beeing closed with us if you choose to opt out from another everymatrix site. The only exception to this if you specifically ask everymatrix that you want them to exclude you from all casinos on their platform. But just to make it clear it is not an automatic process, and you do not risk to have your account with us closed if you opt out from an other operator.

When you choose to close or self exclude your account, as long as you do not yourself say it is closed because of gambling problems, we will not treat it as such. We will however enforce the time limit you choose yourself regardless. For example you want to close your account for 3 months, with no reason given. In this case we will not reopen the account for you untill the 3 months have passed even though you have not stated anything about gambling issues.

If you have any more questions please shoot me a PM and I will happily help you out

Regards
Erik

Some of the threads state it was EM that do not allow this and not the site,

Out of curiosity who decides this? Because people have shown chats that state EM decision not the casino?

I trust your words but whats stopping EM not paying a JP because they have excluded from other sites that run from them? If you can pay out than surley other sites can that are not even connected to the sites that they SE from exep run from EM,

I might even have a deposit :) them 20 free spins on twinspin looks good
