Casinoadrenaline & intresting player protection fail

I had 10€ month limit in casinoadrenaline , i login to site to check is there any money in my account. Then the chat window open and they ask "If you want, i can change your deposit limit, and remove it" - so i say yes

I have a gaming problem but... hey you know.. "i can play, let's do it!". And that was bad solution.. i lose 2000€. And now the intresting case, in the website reads:


"FAIR PLAY AND RESPONSIBLE GAMING
FAIR GAMING

A notice increasing or revoking a limit or decreasing the exclusion has effect only after 24 hours after the licensee has received the notice.

In addition we give you the option to impose limits on the amount of money you would like to deposit per month or whether you want to exclude yourself for a certain period of time from playing in the casino. In case you have set a limit or exclusion we will only change or revoke the limit by written notice. A notice increasing or revoking a limit or decreasing the exclusion has effect only after 24 hours after the request has been received. A notice reducing a limit or increasing the exclusion has effect immediately after it is received and confirmed by our support."

The casino answer me why i can play after 1min and that 24h limit is not working:

All requested deposit limits will be monitored by support and handled manually. Once the player reaches the desired limit, further depositing will be blocked. Support cannot prevent the player from making a single deposit that exceeds the desired deposit limit.

So i think that is a wrong that chat people ask like "hey, you wanna play, let's play!" if you have a deposit limit and they remove it before 24h limit.. and if you have 10€ deposit limit set, and you try to deposit 11€ it says that the deposit cannot make.

Is this really a good player protection ?
