Did deposit using my skrill once but due to not able to deposit my usual way has prevented me from playing with them.

Immediate observations are that bonus x45 wagering requirement on the welcome bonus feels quite high and the slots that you can actually wager this bonus on are quite limited.

I think I'll be giving this one a miss I'm afraid.

Something i've noted in the past is that you deposit in Euro, the account-overview is in Euro, the games run in Euro, but the transactions from/to your ewallet are in USD. Needless to say that you pay fees for that for every transaction. Why is everything in Euro but the transactions are in USD? That's kind of weird and something that disencourages from playing cause basically all other casinos don't do that.

If you could somehow get this solved I think you would be an excellent addition to the accredited casino list.
 
i for one i drew a thick line between which casinos will get further money i'm willing to usually lose online. these casinos, i mean this, is based on giving back through loyalty/activity, cash and free spins or by giving the chance to 'purchase' with your deposit some free spins wager free on weekly basis. the kind of casino that don't have a useless system that count wagering done to unlock 5 free spins on starburst/lights atrocities. he doesn't count but is taking care. this is GUTS.

my first and last dep with Casino Room was one year ago. i remember i played DOA extensively that session only to earn a $0.50 reward. i know that reward system has changed but no idea if decent improvements were made beside the theme. if this reward system is set to appreciate frequent banking activity and rewards are decent, i'm willing to return as i'm looking to play Yggdrasil more often. if is the same like Casumo, hopefully without 'stoned' levels on the road, would like to know if support do anything when karma/feng-shui etc is broken for multiple deposits in a row.
i don't even bother to look in detail on the site to maybe cut some of the above words since Casino Euro loyalty, free spins promos/sent etc crap they wrote in their site for ages has never applied to me, a frequent depositor for months with no withdrawal which lead to unfortunately late decision, to perm close the acct. this is why i prefer to ask if activity is appreciated rather than to discover myself.
 
Hello @MightyDuck, thanks for bringing that up. We are currently working to implement ewallets in EUR, GBP and other currencies. Our merchant's ewallet account is currently in USD, so it is likely that you have covered additional fees due to exchange rates, but we will be happy to look into this if you provide a screenshot/receipt of the transactions to support. Multi currency for ewallets is something that was not possible for us from a technical standpoint until recently, rest assured it's coming.

Deposits with Visa and MasterCard are debited in EUR,GBP and other local currencies.

2. Weekend cashouts yes/no?
3. Any "reversible period"?
4. Cashout Limits per week/month?

it takes 24/48 hours, we process payments on a daily basis, 7 days a week, the merchant process ewallet payments in groups or batches every day in the morning.

3. Any "reversible period"?

Only if you contact support and the payment has not been processed, but you cannot reverse ewallet's directly through your account.

4. Cashout Limits per week/month?

Our limits are 10,000€ a week (rolling 7 days) with a maximum cap amount of 30,000€ per month (rolling 30 days), unless a larger amount has been agreed by prior arrangement. We are flexible when it comes to payouts, we understand how important it is to process payments in a timely manner. Bigger payouts and jackpots can be arranged directly through finance.

5. Maximum bet per spin allowed with a bonus?

We have updated bonus terms, the maximum bet cannot exceed 5% of the initial bonus amount while clearing the bonus.
 
Yes Casinoroom. Decent outfit. I played there in the past on occasion. The only cashout I ever managed to achieve was processed within 24hours if I remember correctly.

I got a bonus offer from them in my mailbox today so I thought let's try them out again. After my deposit the bonus was credited (€100 deposit+€100 bonus). I started playing reel rush. Balance showed €199.98. Some weird conversation error from USD probably. And to be honest: My time is too precious to bother live-support with that nonesense. I hope you get this fixed soon.
Other than that Reel rush goes well. Let's see if I can do the wagering.

P.S. after some playtime I got €0.01 "back" it's now constantly at €xxx.x9 :p

Sorry to ask again, but what means 24/48? 24-48 with e-wallets? If i cash out on an evening, will i have it the next morning?

Hi hoff1985, we go through pending requests several times a day/evening. Once approved the payments are included in batches and these are sent the next day. If for any reason your payment was not included in this batch, then it will be sent in the next one, however we'll do our best to meet the ETA of 24hour.
 
I have heard back from the Rep of CasinoRoom and the issue was dealt with promtly. Great job. Probably will come back to play in the future

I had an account with Europoker, didn't play there for some months, but after that I logged in (March, 2014) and found out that my balance is zero, though I had a couple of dollars left there. Europoker's support told me that my money were moved to CasinoRoom.com, but I never opened an account there. Support advised me to login with my existing Europoker login/password - it worked and I found my money there.

Can you please comment on your connection with Europoker? Or maybe you know something about their current situation? And how could it happen that I got an account at CasinoRoom.com without registering there?

The team behind Casino Room have been active in online gaming since 1999, coming together with a collective background from major poker, sports, entertainment and other more diverse portals.

EuroPoker was one of these sites and it was sold to a French company EPMEDIA, which had also acquired the .FR in 2013.

If your account was inactive, it may not have been transferred to EPMEDIA during the acquisition, because we only ported active poker accounts over to them. Please PM me and I'll be happy to check if this is the case with your account.

I'd like to point out that customers were informed about these changes during the acquisition.
 
I personally think we (Ellmount) did an amazing job when we had poker, we were part of a huge network and our customers and partners were always extremely satisfied.

Things change quite fast in the gaming industry and we decided to focus and develop our Casino Room

We are 100% legit, we have license in Malta, Curacao and the United Kingdom and I'm happy to say that customer satisfaction is still our #1 goal.
