GoWild Cashout Times?

I just read on the review that it is 12-24 hours for verified members... When asking chat, it isn't communicated that clear it sounds only like "we can speed up for verified players"

Anyone have recent experiences with GoWild?

Part of my chat:

Go Wild/Wild Jackpots are one of the few who still flush withdrawals, hence it will be paid next day except weekends.

As with all MG download casinos they don't do payments on weekends.
 
Ok, cashed out now a bit over 1000$ and tried to flush over Live Chat, they told me flushing is only possible via E-Mail to Account Manager.

I think the Review at Casinomeister needs updating. It's not 12-24 hours for verified members, it's 12-24 hours for verified members if they send an E-Mail to the Account Manager to flush the withdrawal. That's a difference.

Thanks! I think its important as it doesn't only slow down the payment i only need to wait until the account managers takes care of it, until then everything is reversible.

BTW: I'm still fully verified with documents, i asked them yesterday if everything is still up-to-date as i haven't played there for a while.
 
Just received this answer from teh "Account Manager". Very very unsatisfying. I will write the Rep now.

If this is true then the review needs to be updated. If the only flush after it's pending nearly 24 hours what is the sense behind this? Also i will never get it in 12-24 hours if they only flush it tomorrow probably!

And sorry for my delayed reply, it took me a bit longer to track your account and review everything, since I did not have your username. Yet I am glad to see see that our finance department was quicker that me and flushed the withdrawal in the meantime.

I would also like to apologise for any inconvenience, and to assure everyone that this was merely an isolated issue. It seems the account had been marked as unverified in our system, and that is why this was not solved on the spot.

thank you very much for your answer. Weird though as i asked yesterday via chat and they said it's all verified. But yeah. if it's solved now and i won't run into this again all good. Let's see how it long it takes now to get paid :)

It's getting suspenseful.... So it was 2 hours until it was flushed and so far we can can add 20 hours to that so we are at 22 hours now, still nada.

They only do 1 payment run / day, i think it is 1pm or 3pm CET, can't remember it exactly as i have not withdrawn for a long long time.

Ahh ok, thanks for the info, that sounds OK :) Well it's then no 24 hours anymore, but at least i'll get it "on the next day".

Still if this is the case, then i guess the review needs to be changed.... We have a review of Betsafe saying they pay in 24 hours after 24 hours pending. But for 99% percent of customers they pay instant. For GoWild it says "Within a few hours, max 24h" which is not really doable with one payment run a day, as they will not pay you in 2-3 hours on the same day if you cashout in the morning as i've understood.
 
should be, i just can't remember the exact cut-off time ... i am sure Gia will confirm that once she starts her shift.

Thanks... Was really happy, but the only cashout recently so i'm really looking forward getting it :)

I also usually don't be that picky... But especially when i start to play a casino more often i want to understand when exactly i will get paid... Too often i just trusted a review and then had to realize that the real experience is far off.... :)
 
i asked for wd 2 days ago. and yesterday in chat also 48 hours... i have a verified account and still nothing. please look
 
They should flush your withdrawal when you request it on LiveChat. If not try to send an email with the flush request to: accountmanager@gowildcasino.com

I havent asked for flushing, just how long the processing was going to take. They used to be faster in my experience. Never had any problem what so ever with this casino, now it s also no problem. I like this casino a lot because they have a lot of nice promotions. I think that , if they would have a <24h cash out time with at least e wallets, they should have been accredited.
The bbf shouldnt have failed imo.
i did send gina a p.m. cause i do hope she can ensure my wd to be in my skrill acc before the weekend...

They are accredited!

They don't have automatic flushing, so you will have to request it manually. Then you will be paid with the next payment run which is Mo-Fr at 12.00pm. No weekends payments.

I am sure Gia will sort it our for you. :) Watch your Skrill account after 12.00pm CET

Edit... 12 cet is an hour ago and would still be about 24 hours too late.
Still nothing done with my withdraw?
