This would only be possible with certain sites/software though. NetEnt slots for instance are quite hard to fake like this.

Just ask them to show the legitimacy of the stream by changing game once in a while, I mean how can multiple players always and only play once upon a time??

I see what you are saying and I did ask for a change of games a couple of times on one or two streams. Was told that this game has more bonuses etc. even though to me it seems low variance with the payouts. So it makes you wonder.
