Hi guys,
Just wanted to share my experience I had yesterday with William Hill.
Haven't played there for a long time but decided to go back and have a look at their online casino to see what new slots they have added.
When I used to play there most slots were only Ash Gaming and Playtech so I was very surprised to see they have added WMS,Netent and MGS (Quickfire) to their portfolio.
tried to login with my credentials and my account was still active,it even had a fiver NDB in it which I spent and lost obviously.
Anyway,as I play WMS and Netent mostly these days I was happy to see the selection they had (not a full selection but decent enough).
Deposited €100.00 and ended up withdrawing €250.00 after a good 3 hour session.
Left around €52.00 in the account to play with and decided to play one of my old favourite WMS slots Secret Santa.
Hit a feature after 30 odd spins on €0.90 and hit a €320.00 win on the freespins with trailing wilds.
Cashed another €250.00 from that and left nearly €80.00 to play with tonight after work. ;-)
So all in all a good session, slots were spinning ok except the odd WMS server disconnect.
Cashed out to Skrill and knew WH always had this 24h-48h reversal period in place but this time I got a message that funds were only available for reversal until early morning (so about a 4-5h window max).
This morning driving to work I got messages from Skrill that the funds had arrived in my account.
I still find them a weird crowd, they still seem not willing to deal with player platforms such as CM but at least I got a nice casino experience last night and fairly prompt payouts.
So a shy thumbs up from me as I left them years ago due to unresponsive and very rude CS staff and slow payouts.
Seems to have improved for the better but I still wonder why a big brand like WH would not like to be more involved in the player community and try to get accredited here.
Mark.
