Resolved Inetbet - support confusion

I have tried every possible way to try to get some support from inetbet, emails, private pm you name it and not one response :mad:
I had a win, requested withdraw to Neteller at 2am Sunday morning Aus time, and now as of 11.50 am Tuesday it is still pending and reversible. Arghhh!!!

Is anyone else waiting for payments or support?

I always try to sort this type of issue privately but I'm so frustrated at the lack of responses that I'm actually getting concerned that something might be wrong at inetbet :eek2:
 
Pm'ing the rep is about the only way to get through to these guys. If you are not getting a response after 2 or 3 days you should notify Bryan so he can look into it.

They should be responding to messages from members here.

Given the situation -- no reply to CS, no emails, one PM, weekend, etc -- the original "no support" title seems uncalled for. Changed to better reflect the actual circumstances.

Pm'ing the rep is about the only way to get through to these guys. ....

Emailing is preferred, during office hours it is my experience that they do stay on top of (legit) issues. It's important to remember that what we see here on the forums is often not a good reflection of the truth behind the issues.
 
FTR, just heard from the OP that they've been paid in full.
 
I understand that new info has come to light so perhaps the OP can comment further on the email issues. In any case they say they're headed for greener pastures. C'est la vie.

Personal opinion only: I think non USA players would be doing themselves a favor to avoid USA facing casinos anyway.

I hope they do. I'd like to know what new light has been shown on the email issues. They seem to conveniently not receive emails at times based on my experience.

Just to clarify - it was very simple really - we were replying to all of the emails received, however Jubblucks email software was blocking these/putting them in spam. Once they had fixed this issue on their end all emails were received fine.

In my recent experience Inetbet has really stepped up in how they treat me as a player. So far no complaints and they have responded to my issues in a player friendly way. This is just my 2 cents.
