Has anyone had trouble with withdrawals from Red Flush? I did a withdrawal on May 28th and still have not received any money. I keep getting the run around with the following excuses - withdrawal method unacceptable, verification required, verification unacceptable, verification supplied not in color, backlog in doing verification, weekends and holidays causing delays, 24-72 hours wait time!
 
That does sound very much like you are getting the run-around. Might be worth you dropping a PM to the Red Flush rep on the forum:


They appear to be quite active, so hopefully you will get some sort of answer.

You are indeed a patient person . I cant think of anything else except this is a runaround if I ever saw one!! Time for a PAB! Good Luck!

Hi Carly

I had a look at your account and found that a number of issues delayed the payment of your withdrawal.

Firstly when you requested the withdrawal, you did not have a registered Preferred Method of Payment which we requested on 4 June. However, after not updating it by 24 hours later, the withdrawal was credited back to your casino account.

We also requested KYC documentation from you which was only received on 18 June but we found that the Utility Bill was not in your name which we then requested. We received this on 24 June and the documentation was verified.

The withdrawal you made after this was processed via eCheck and should be in your account within the mandatory 5 to 7 business days.

I sincerely apologise for this unusual delay.

I've been playing at this casino for a couple of years and I was mucked around a bit by them during the verification process with a lot of back and forth with emails for what I thought at the time were fairly petty excuses requiring me to resend documents. But eventually it was all sorted out and they were satisfied.
But I must say that since then, I have had no trouble with any of my cashouts and Redflush is now one of my favourite casinos.

Not sure if this is of any help to you, just saying :)
