Moved Thread - Bet Victor Non Payment £1000

Long story short, i won a little over £1000 last saturday ( 20/06/2015) via slots, i cashed out straight away, however i still have not recieved any money.
I have cashed out before , around about £200 in december without problems
i play roughly £150 to £200 per week spread amoung betfred anbd betvictor, however i play for fun and not to profit so i raley withdraw.

i have spoke to chat several times and everday i get told another 5 days, i asked today an di was told it will take another 4 days due to Bank holidy monday, i stated there was no bank holiday and they cut the chat off.

So from withdrawing it shouldnt take 10 days to cash out,

First advice, do not open two seperate threads with the exact same subject.

I have no experience with betvictor myself, i guess you would have to wait, but you are absolutely right, 10 days is not acceptable.

If they do not pay within the next days and come with new excuses you can try a mediation site, involve third parties. This makes lame casinos often pay if they care for their reputation.

You could also file a PAB here but i would wait a bit, as it seems they do not say you broke any terms and therefor do not want to pay you. Seems they just offer lousy service, i would play elsewhere. Take a look at the accredited list here.
