Second reason might be that I had been issuing problems with almost all of their promos; bonuses and spins had to be asked from live chat. Bonus Meter didn't work (for months!) and I had to prove my bonus games with screen shots and even then They didn't get those right. Without print/screen docs they would have counted only their flawed software. So I was an unease customer who was after his bonuses, spins and stuff promised. Got to known Thirlls Finnish customer service standards; Jarno was The Only One who got things fixed and understood my frustration when mailing pics and trying to prove me being right and They wrong. Otherwise unsatisfied and totally out of any standards. Even by understanding written text and its inner meaning. (had to explain everything like to a little child and even then girls from Thrills didn't understand what was the problem)

I even once asked them to e-mail me my game play which they promised to send if I needed. I asked it but never got it! Didn't surprice me after all...

Ok. Got then those Super Spins, but nothing after it.. still "empty" promo mails keep on coming. Did like Thrills and their campaigns, but these made it feel a little bit shady.

I got the same promo as the OP and was considering going the whole hog and depositing the full £2000 for the full 200 super spins but luckily read the t's + c's and noticed the x10 wr change.
So, let me see....play through £20,000 for a couple of hundred in free spins....nooooo thanks. I like a battle but not a massacre thanks very much.
When these promo's started with the super spins, I thought they were generous, each week they were tweaked a little - slightly less free spins for same deposit amounts, etc and now the x10 wr has killed it dead for me.
I'll still happily play at Thrills, I like the site a lot, but I think low hanging fruit has all but gone in these promos.
