MB24 Owe 10k, but now closed?

Hello everybody, I am new here and I hope somebody has some advice for me with MB24.com (mobibet casino)

I won there in Feb almost 14,000 euros and sent my documents, all the documents they asked were approved and I requested to withdraw.
And then, many emails over months about why I cannot withdraw, like neteller maintenance, technical issues and other projects.
After some time i successfully withdrawed 3000 euro to my bank!

And then, more problems with the withdrawal page on the website, even bank transfer not available.

The last email (sent April 29) from MB24 said "Due to maintenance our site has been temporarily taken down until an enhanced player’s experience has been delivered.
We are confident this will happen in good time and would also like to assure any customers worried about account funds, they will be processed in due course."

For the last six weeks until today, I cannot get any reply from MB24.com about the 10,000 euro balance in my account. I see online that MB24 casino is closing down and I am very worried.

Don't blame you. They MAY be linked to 10bet who have a rep on here. The reason I say this is that if you access their site from a UK IP there is a forward link to join 10bet so there MUST be some arrangement the 10bet rep on here can explain...

Obviously the fact they paid 3k means they don't hold you in any breach of terms so it seems like typical delaying tactics and speak-to-the-hand. Sounds like they are insolvent. This means you should approach their Licensing Authority which in this case is Curacao which may as well be Timbuktu for all it's worth. So I don't hold much hope for your money.

The bit I have highlighted in red is thus a delaying tactic AND COMPLETE DISHONEST BS! Look at the date the OP received his e-mail, 2 weeks AFTER they became insolvent.

They are operated as MMB but I think used to be Mobibet.com.

The site is still up in the air but unable to be played on, nor have we been excepting player deposits since the above mentioned date.

We would ask that any inventory dedicated to MB24.com on your sites be removed.

The affiliation between 10Bet and MB24.com is not clear yet - MB24.com operators just may be affiliates of 10Bet. I'll give the rep a heads up to see what's up.

Looks like the rep has gone AWOL - which makes their "Accreditation" a bit problematic. So, their accred status is suspended until they get it together.

Thankyou for checking that, I hope to hear any news from the casino side of this problem.

I have sent emails to all MB24 and mobibet email addresses I can find, and no reply.
I can log in and see my balance on MB24.com website, but the casino area is now missing, only sports betting is there.
The *join now!* button looks to be working, but they have disabled deposits and withdraw.

Can you actually still bet on sports?

What about transferring the money to the sports betting purse rather than trying to withdraw it?

Well that's cleared things up, as Bryan (and I) guessed an affiliate using the dead site. Good you closed it as when people stand near the dungheap they tend to find that they themselves smell after a while....:)

How about assisting the winning players with their payouts? That would be a good place to start.
 
Are you talking about the rep's casino, or the one discussed in this thread? How would they be able to assist players of an affiliate that was signed up with them?

It's not like they could just fork over the affiliate's personal information that was used to sign up for their account......
 
I hear there are other unresolved MB24 player issues out there too.

Any of our forum detectives care to look into this MB24-10Bet thing?

If there _is_ a connection then a few players would very much like to get the payday they are owed.
