I notice the Caddell Group of Casinos (

) have around a dozen licences issued but can anyone confirm their approach on fair usage of accounts / bonus acceptance?

Would a player be allowed to have one account at each and receive the welcome bonus without problems? Reason for asking is whether to list each for affiliate purposes or just choose a selection.

Their live chat were not much use on the subject and I cannot see a telephone number for them.

i dont know about others but jackpotuck i have played at and made a withdrawal

WR is huge as bets under 0.36p dont count, doa only contributes 35%

2 days pending period but after that my withdrawal was processed straightaway with no problems and verification took about couple of hours

twentyonecasino is also same terms but never made a wthdrawal there or at hello but they seem to be ok

i asked the question about being a member at jackpotluck when i joined fruitycasa and twentyone and was told thats not a problem and was allowed to use the bonuses

I think Nicola has tried Gday and wants to expand into their other sites as Gday were OK and take UK players.
They are an OK group by my experience, I get quicker w/d's than the advertised 48-hour pending.

5 of their sites take UK:

Gday
PlayGrand
Fruity Casa
Cyber Club
21Prive

If you are a highroller play somewhere else, since they only allow max bet of 5e ... Other then that, its a solid place to play. And the max bet is even lower for deposits less then 100e. Kind of seems strange , most casino's want highrollers...

These issues are best discussed with the people from the affiliate program at said site.. i am sure they have a means of contacting them directly, and you want the info directly from these people, preferably in form of an agreement or at least a written or recorded statement.

Especially when you want to list Casino's that have a broad ownership/several sister site's, this is more important. Basically the main reason why i have 32Red on there, but not the sisters, and Casino Luck, but not Next, and Unibet, but not Maria, are to prevent any such issues from my end. Of course it would be even better to list all the sister site's and the stance of the Casino Group on multiple bonuses across the Group.

So, i think you should really ask them. Even if someone here has experience with them, and tells you trhis or that, i still would only want that info from the site's employees that are accountable for it, and also more up to date, as these rules change ever so often.

A heads up... this new term was added to ALL casinos within the group this morning:

13.9 Irregular Play
Before any withdrawals are processed, Your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Other examples of irregular game play include but are not limited to, placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the bonus credited to Your account until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. Should the Casino deem that irregular game play has occurred; the Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings.

Heads Up

I joined Jackpotluck and took the bonus but didnt make the wagering but had alot of gameplay and plenty of wins so I thought Id see if its okay to take the bonus at any of the sister sites and I was told a firm NO from the cs so Id be careful before you do

Ive joined up at 4 or 5 of their sites, and got the bonus at each one, with no difficulties, but I will be reluctant to take it if I join any other sites they have if this is what you have been told.

Odd. I have taken a bonus at a few and received no issues regarding w/d's. If you check some are actually white labels operating under the Caddell licence and owned by different people. Therefore this may explain my above statement.

It was actually after seeing your good fortune at this group that I thought Id have a little play there. Is the chap in cs called Sian or similar? Slick black hair in the little photo lol thats the one who told me no!

They have a little high wagering in welcome bonuses ( 35 x deposit + bonus) + some slots have smaler % contribution

: *Blood Suckers, Dead or Alive, Devils Delight, Kings of Chicago, Beetle Frenzy, Gold Rush, Jackpot 6000, Lucky 8 Line, Magic Love, Mega Joker, Pirate's Gold, Safari Madness & Super Nudge 6000, Big Bad Wolf - x 175

+ if im corect understand they have a little mess in terms and conditions abaout wagering rulez example from their terms and conditions:

"a. Example 1: Player A has purchased £100 and received a casino bonus of £100, therefore has a total balance of £200. Player A decided to only player slots, therefore, Player A must wager 35 X £100 = £3,500 before the casino bonus account is converted into cash and eligible for withdrawal."

Example 3: Player C has purchased £100 and received a casino bonus of £100, therefore has a total balance of £200. Player C decided to only play slots, and therefore, is subject to a wagering requirement of 35 times, or £3500.

This sugest welcome bonus have wagering - 35 x Only bonus amount But this is not True.

In same terms and conditions site in lower place is write :

(v) The Casino welcome bonus is subject to standard play-through requirements as laid out in the promotional terms and condition above with the addition that you must wager on the total amount of cash and bonus funds. For example, if you deposit £100 and receive £100 bonus, and decide to play only slots, you must reach wagering requirements of 35 times £200, i.e. wager £7,000.

So they first sugest bonus wagering in site is 35 x Only bonus amounts - in 2 places of terms and conditions - Next in lower place they write welcome bonus wagering is 35 x ( Deposit + bonus ) not only bonus .

i think the terms differentiate directly between the welcome bonus, and a normal bonus after this point.

I'm even more more confused by the licensing since the UKGC licenses appeared, there's now a lot of casinos that aren't directly related with totally separate affiliate back ends, sharing the same license, some of those in particular groups are however possibly related...

as far as i can see in this case the license owner is white hat gaming (caddell), and they are a supplier of the slots to all these casinos via white hatgaming, some of the casinos look almost identical but with re-skins, and the promotions are near identical through the week, others such as hello casino are on this license but not related as closely as some of the other casinos obviously are.

any clearer? not really

This situation can drop back on earlier threads about sister sites / whitelables, selfe xclude & sign up sister sites

I know dunover has tried the Gday and KK promotes them so they may be good, with the others its a hit and miss if you can play, I see some else said rules are a bit diffrent, Best way from my experaince is try sign up with same user name than if alowed than should not be on same network/connect, Low this does still not mean they are not, Its a big hole we are in now days as if you get a big win than not get paid due to CS stating its ok to play, Only to relise they have sister sites and only can play at one,

I no Byran has stated that trusted casino has to state about what sites there linked to but still does not give info about about if alowed to sign to other sitres:

Edit UK license is all bulsed up, They do not no what is going on, I had chased many of casino going back to 4 diff licencse, But as I said its all a fast one to earn some cash

I would not trust them as far as I can throw them, It cost money to be in it so a least casino what list as U.K is trying but thats about as far as you get,

I signed up at G'day casino the other day. Deposited £100, took the 100% bonus and busted out after wagering only about 5% of the WR.
Fair enough, not one of my luckiest sessions, maybe I'll be luckier on the next deposits....

Then today I received this email from them:-

Dear brian

We want to thank you for playing at Gday Casino.

As a valued player you have received a loyalty bonus worth 1 GBP.

This bonus is already in your account. We wish you lots of fun at Gday Casino.

Sincerely,
Gday Casino

A whole £1, for the (very quick) loss of a £100 deposit !!!
If that's their idea of loyalty, I doubt I'll be trying my luck with any next deposits

They send this bonus for £1 out most days, though if you do decide to deposit again and bust out they will put a bonus of 10% in your account the next day.

ALL the sites under the WH/Caddell licence are OK in my experience. All the same as Wild Reels says, same terms and processor.
As for the £1 loyalty bonus I get one every day. Funnily enough Gday gave me £15 after my £300 Snazzyslots sponsored deposit where I cashed out £1800! So these loyalty bonuses aren't related to whether you win or lose. I made £179 from the £15 one at Gday and cashed it out no problem.

Last night 18 cans of Stella Artois turned up via a Tesco delivery van! Gday give you a 'slab' of beer if you deposit £100 or more on your first visit.:lolup::lolup::lolup::lolup::lolup:

Made a deposit earlier on and now blocked from logging into any of my accounts within the Group. Not sure how long this is going to take, but been down for several hours now.

Always annoying when you deposit then none of the games work or you get kicked off :(

'slots.cafe' has been awarded a licence today - another brand from Caddell Group.

Still annoyed they removed Dead or Alive away from all their casinos last month :(

Going back abit about signing up to more than one, I signed up to cyberclub by wild-reels and was told by live chat they they are separate and was fine to sign up, I have the chat somewhere but finding it is like a needle in a hay stack,

Maybe a few of the casino's are run by the same peeps but I have been told I could sign up and take bonus at more than one site,

Dead or Alive has returned to all Caddell casinos. Bonus wagering now counts as 20% and it looks like they have got rid of the minimum 35p bet.

You can - put it this way I did, and all the affiliate accounts are separate too i.e. unlike Redbet/Whitebet/Heypoker for example which are related and share the same affiliate account.

You can take bonuses at any and all of them. I rechecked this when I started promoting Caddell in my 24-48 hrs. section in case it had changed since last year when I played at them.
