It's my Birthday and i'll cry if I want to.....

Woe is me.... :(

Hubby and Children all forgot my birthday this morning - (although in fairness so did I until about 10 am)

But still - have I reached an age now where Birthday's don't matter any more?

I used to hate numbers... Was awful when it came to numbers or dates / phone numbers...
Until I forgot about my mom's birthday... At the end of the day she didn't make any fusses about it, she just said she's disappointed...
I never forgot a birthday / anniversary / phone number since.

Hope from the bottom of my heart that they're actually planning a surprise party for you, and everything will turn out to be just fine :D

I am siding with Simmo here, perhaps there is a surprise coming.

It is true that as you get older birthday's do become less significant to others, unless you get to 100. Then everyone wants to big deal again, so I have heard! ;)

Wouldn't mind but we only discussed my birthday yesterday.

Believe me when I say the only way there would be a surprise celebration for me is if I organised it for them.

Sadly for him, he still thinks I am his PA

Sounds like me! with the exception that i still kept forgetting B-days, including my own, until just around the time the smart phones came out ^.^

Actually, that beeping agenda function is the only thing they are good for, and wordfeud and a few online spins maybe..

Like batman and i stated, there definitely are exceptions :D
Better to be surprised when expecting nothing, then to be let down after getting your hopes up :p

Well I hope so, I'm not going to remind hubby.
My 11 year old left to go on his Leavers trip with his school today so he is not back for a week :(

As for birthday gifts from my casino's I got:

  • £100 from Paddy Power Casino (not sure if it was birthday or not)
  • £40 from the gorgeous Ben at Guts
  • £10 from Jackpot Joy
  • 30 spins on Starburst from Betsafe
I assume my other Casino's are having trouble with their email software ;);)
