I created an account at Slottyvegas just because it has a high rating here

I deposit over 2250€ and yesterday i wanted to play there so i send them my Docs over

Skrill screenshoot

Neteller Screenshot

Utility Bill


I got this message this morning from them

Thank you for sending over your documents.

May I ask that you that you resubmit your Skrill account screen shot as it has to show your email address/account number and personal account information and a screenshot of at least 1 transaction made to our casino. We would also need a screenshot of a transaction made from your Neteller account.



With regard to your proof of address, kindly provide us with an explanation why the post code is different from the one in your casino account.


I than talked with the support and Support told me : my Skrill and Neteller Account is now okay, they just need an explanation why my postcode is different

I told them that this is a generic pstcode which is for the whole village -- im living in the same country as their company

I have also ministry papers which shows this Postcode as it was send to me

Anyhow

last email it got than was :

We refer to your recent chat session with one of our agents earlier this morning.

As we are unable to accept your Skrill screenshot as part of our KYC verification process we have closed your account and unsubscribed you.

We thank you for your understanding.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions.

than i contacted support and asked what is the reason and if they can specify it

I also was thinking if i said anything offending to the support worker, but i dont really think i did :)

Anyhow i dont understand why closing my account , the race is ending today and im on the top 15

plus for just a skrill screenshot, i don't really think that this is the case ... as they could simply ask for a new screenshot. Plus they said, Skrill and neteller are okay and just postcode is missing.
 
Malta is a tiny little country. It seems strange since they could easily check up that postcode and see if you're telling the truth.

Probably you just have to accept that they don't want you as a customer.

yeah but it does not make sense, does it

first they say skrill is okay now and than they say we close your account

postcode matter wasn't even mentioned anymore

anyhow, it just shows to me personally... that even beeing accredited here... does not mean anything as they act as they want

i will check with MGA if they are allowed to keep my deposits if they close my account before KYC process

cauz i think that is not the case they can keep it
 
Only my opinion but They closed my Betat (same company) account too.

Granted I will openly admit it was partially my own fault as I'd spoken to them about me and the wife being able to play to which we were told yes but don't take the mickey when it comes to bonuses etc, we didn't but they closed accounts anyway so not pointing the finger of blame either way.

The reason for my point is that I do feel these guys as much as I previously 'bigged them up' in the forum on a regular basis will 'evaluate' a players account and if deemed little or no value or a potential 'big hit and run' type player then your account maybe 'under the spotlight' and basically if you fart at the wrong time your outta there :p

I did the correct thing Initially and PM'ed the rep, well, well over a month ago and still no response to this day.

I am not 'slagging off' this casino group just sharing an experience, and I'm professional enough to still give credit where credit is due in that they are a reputable and trustworthy group. I just feel that in some instances they are a little TOO strict in their rulings :)

Maybe chargebacks on Cards and not Skrill?
Even if they're old / older ...

noone uses this skrtill account since 10 years, just me alone

no chargebacks at my skrill accounts or cards

I have Gold VIP level and more as 1 account ( USD and EUR )

not old, 3 weeks maybe, maybe 4 weeks.. really not old the screenshot

because as someone posted above : the rep never answers anyhow, i have contacted the ref also at another forum since 3-4 months no response

Rep should be active, this is one of the things which required to be accredited here, so i am really suggest you to contact betat rep, he is a great guy, and at least you will receive responce. Don't be shy - just PM :)

I doubt they closed your account just for a discrepancy in the Post Code;

One reason might be that you joined another casino or a casino from their group, and you're tagged as a bonus abuser / advantage player

If you did well, with their bonuses, you usually end up tagged as an advantage player, and they don't want "professional" players in their casino (as most / all casinos)

royal panda have their own security team/security rules. Betat/slotty have different team/rules. Not sure why you asked for this? You want to show us that your skrill was accepted by other casinos? Ok, i am personally believe. But also i am believe that slottyvegas team have some ground to close your account.
Ask rep, will be fastest and easiest solution.

i never take a Bonus or Freespins :) .. nearly never , just when its a really good offer with 15x wager ... but anyhow i normally take never a bonus

The last Bonus i wanted to take was leovegas and they didnt wanted to give it to me hahaha

the only thing I would take are super freespins

slotty vegas in my experience dont offer many bonuses except welcome and a odd fs offer once a month or so, also their offers are almost 100% of the time different than betat so cant be bonus abuse at sister casinos, i think they might have other suspicions which might come to light if the rep gets involved in the thread

Yes, and i bet 100 EUR that they have a term which allow them to close your account any time, without saying reason, without anything. And MGA is more than ok with this rule :)
From what i have read about MGA - this guys really not your friends. Probably only possible way to get something youseful from them for you - visit their office :p

Claiming bonuses is not professional gambling,
"Professional gambling" is when you exploit the bonuses that you are given ... also known as Advantage Play...
The casino only wants players that would "enjoy playing slots" , not bonus abusers / advantage players / professional gamblers ...

I'm not saying such thing exists ... because the house always has the edge... and whomever thinks otherwise is either insane, either uninformed...

They closed your account so they don't want you as a player.
Even if you had a high velocity of deposits, that doesn't mean anything... You just have to move on and find another casino that would appreciate you and your value as a player...
