Asked again for info

I am verified at most of the casino's i play at and what i do not understand is why, after a cash out, you have to provide docs over. About 2 months ago i used my bank debit card to deposit at Inetbet and one other casino. After my banks fraud dept questioned the purchase, i said i would never do that again. After being asked did i make the purchase by bank security i said yes and the casino's got paid. I only use paste and pay now. I made a recent cash out at Inetbet and am being asked again for a copy of the bank card i used, plus my ID. I have already submitted every thing before hand so that i would not be asked again and the process would go smooth. I am glad i am a pack rat because even though i have since cancelled that card (after the casinos were paid of course) i kept it. I do not know why i did, but i am glad i did. It has only been a couple of month's, and i received confirmation that the docs were approved (including the cc i used). This is the second time this has happened at an RTG casino and it is frustrating to say the least. I have played at the casino for years and never cashed out. The one casino i have never had a problem at was 3 dice. I always get my money and never am i asked to resubmit docs that i have already submitted and the casino approved. It was not even a big win . I did send a message along with my cash out request to the casino that was not answered and that was about the check they will send. I wanted to know if it was drawn off of a USA bank, and also if they had WU or MG for with draw options because i did not see it listed. I did notify the rep also. I better put on my seat belt because it looks like i am in for a ride. Lucky me, i do not claim bonuses so it was from a bonus free deposit . Correction, i do play free chips but not usually deposit bonuses unless it is from 3 dice casino.

I have had the same thing happen to me at Inet regarding a verification for a card that had recently been verified. I sent an email with the faxback form that I had previously provided, and they sent an email confirming that the card had already been verified. My guess is that you will receive the same type of email today.

I have received 2 payouts via check within the last month, they were drawn from a us bank account, and it was 10 days to receive after the payout is processed.

That is great news. I do not know about anyone else, but for me the one time i got a Canadian check, i could not get it cashed. I will provide the info again and hope all goes well.

I sent in the info again and i would love an email confirming they received it. I also have not heard back from the rep yet. I am hoping it is not going to take weeks of back and forth and then more time waiting to be paid. It is rather hard when there is no live support to contact and emails are a shot in the dark. Support can answer or not, at their discretion.

I am a little unsure why you felt it necessary to post on C/M regarding your withdrawal process.

We have never sent you a check previously and it is over 2 years since we received any documents from you, so I do not think it is unreasonable to confirm your address.

Also your documents were received just 2 and a half hours prior to your last post, our accounts only verify documents or send checks during working hours Monday to Friday.

Anyway just to confirm your documents were received and your check has been processed for you.

I agree with Emily. No need for this post. Also not really helping thread title and anyways should had been posted in different section like non bonus complain. Just my opinion.

I have never cashed out from Inetbet and it was only a couple of months ago after i used my bank Mastercard that i verified my account again. The security dept from my bank had questions as to me using my card and wanted to know if i authorized the use. I posted here at CM as to if this had ever happened to anyone before, and i also posted i would never use my card again for online purchases.The reason for the post was just to post that my info was asked for again. I do not see a problem with that, it is not a post saying i was not paid or the casino is bad, just that i had to re submit my info. I repeat, this is my first pay out request from Inetbet that i can remember.That is one reason i do not post here a lot. I had no idea posting a post about re submitting docs was bad. Sorry . Everything posted does not always have to be a battle. I will look to see if i have the email that i originally sent for verification and DM you the details Emily. Thank you.

It's ok, really it is. I agree i should have worded it better. I have to also say that it was in December of 2014 that i verified my account , credit card and questioned some charges that i thought were double charges. I was wrong with how long ago it was, but it was less then a year ago. I could not find the emails, probably deleted after it was resolved, but the thread i created is here on CM during the time it happened. I was very upset because i had no idea that sometimes it takes a while for deposits made using credit card to come out. I thought it was instant like paste and pay. I must say that the payment has been sent and i am thankful for it being so quick.

On a side note to this, whenever your credit card expires or you get a new one, most casinos that are legitimate *unfortunatelly even some bad ones), will require copies of the card. I have had minor problems with this with ClubWorld only because the numbers are on a red background so they can be hard to read so i always have to make sure i get them a good copy. But for those others reading this, only send your card info if the casino is legit.
