Lotus Asia Casino slow payout

Hey! I wanted to ask if anyone has had issues with Lotus Asia Casino or it's other sister casinos? I made a withdrawal on the 19th of last month and supposedly my courier check was mailed out on the 23rd of April. It's now 5/4/15 and I don't even have a tracking number or the check. I've asked several times for a tracking number, and presumed one would be made available within six to seven business days. Honestly, I thought the courier check (most expensive option) would have arrived by now too! Any complaints? Thanks!

I have made several withdraws from them and have a current one processing since 4/24. I've always been paid but it took 3-4 weeks each time.

If you sign up at the 3 main courier sites and include notification preferences, you'll usually hear from the courier before the casino even receives their batch of tracking # from the processor.
 
Update: Lotus Asia Casino slow payout

I have finally received a tracking number from them on Tuesday (May 5th) and an explanation that there was a processing error and it wasn't sent out until then. :mad:
Seems this is an ongoing issue with them. I was told several times that they would have the tracking number by tomorrow...then that came around and it was the next day and the next. I don't like this kind of business. Will be playing elsewhere from now on.
 
Lotus Asia sends out fraudulent check

Hi. I finally received a withdrawal check from Lotus Asia casino. I got it on Friday and put it in the bank. They said the check was fraudulent. I did not receive my money and it has now messed up my account at the bank. I am getting the paperwork and copy of check that states the check is "non-negotiable" for proof. This has to be resolved immediately. Not only are they delaying payouts but now seem to be issuing bad checks. Please help. :confused:
 
Thats not good, Casinos are quick enough to blacklist people for charge backs and make threats if a player is doing a wrong one,

I once had a check from a bingo site a few years back, I forgot all about it and called it a loss untill it came threw the door, Funny looking thing and bank said they have not seen one like it b4, Any way it cleared just fine,

But if your banks telling you its not good than they no what the score is, Im lucky being in the U.K and have a wide choice to play and very fast withdraws back to bank & do not have to go threw hoops to play & collect money
 
I recommend just contacting LotusAsia and telling them the situation. I have played with them for a long time and found them to be very responsive and reliable. I once won over 10k and had no problems at all collecting. However, I haven't played for a while, so things may have changed, but I'd give them the benefit of the doubt for now. It's not that easy to pay players in the USA, and often the issue is the processor and not the casino itself.
